The teachers and staff genuinely care about their students and want to see them succeed. Even if you fail or struggle with something, they don't give up on you. Instead, they take the time to help you understand your work and keep supporting you until you succeed. One teacher who really stood out to me was Mr. Almeida, my reading teacher. He is an amazing teacher who is always willing to help and make sure his students understand what they're learning. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his students and wants to see them do well. Ms. Ortiz, the principal, is also a very caring person who wants the best for her students. It makes a difference having a principal who cares about your success and wants to see you reach your goals. I also want to recognize Ms. Fernandez, the career coach. She is extremely nice, helpful, and always willing to go out of her way to support students. She makes you feel comfortable asking questions and getting help when you need it. Having someone like her who cares about your future and is willing to guide you is something I really appreciate. Personally, I feel much better being at Doral Park than I think I would have felt at a regular school. Doral Park gives students more opportunities, more individual support, and the chance to work toward graduating early. Being here has helped me stay motivated and focus on reaching my goals. My favorite thing about Doral Park is definitely how caring all the staff members are. They treat you like a person, not just another student, and they genuinely want to see you succeed in school and in life. I'm grateful for the teachers and staff who have helped me along the way, especially Mr. Almeida, Ms. Ortiz, and Ms. Fernandez. Doral Park is an amazing school, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place where people truly care about their education and future.

The environment is very different from a traditional high school; it's cheerful, friendly, and supportive. Overall, it's an excellent school, especially for students who prefer to move at their own pace. Special thanks to Mr. Lopez, the best teacher I've ever had. This is a decent school with decent state test scores.... nothing great, just decent. I've enjoyed all the employeeS until the moment I turned in a transfer sheet to take my daughters to an "A" school. It got bad enough that school board needed to get involved..... you can tell about someone's character when things don't go their way. I've seen their character and I'm deeply disappointed. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because my daughter really enjoyed her teachers.

From the day I visited this school I new this was the place. I'll start by saying that the school is in a great neighborhood. Drop off is pretty organized. Like all schools there's always a long line but it moves quickly. Academically I'm impressed. The curriculum is challenging and keeps the students engaged. During open house I got to meet the teachers. They all seemed so enthusiastic and eager to provide the best education possible. Smart boards and computers are a part of the learning tools. Love that this is a tech savvy school. Several times I have been to the school I have noticed security and staff around. The school appears clean and well kept. There are plenty of magnet strands available for any child with a talent to explore. All of which tap into and broaden your child's interests. Go wizards!

I went to this school from 1-5 grade, and honestly I blame a lot of my problems on this school. I'm…read morein 9th grade (going into 10th now), and The Biltmore School left me severely underprepared for regular school life. Yes, the small hands on approach is definitely good for children with disabilities/developmental issues, however if you take a child without these difficulties and then put them into a regular school (public schools) your kids gonna have a lot of problems. The schools probably changed since my time attending, sure, however while I was there, it was even unsafe for kids with issues. An example of this would be with my cousin who also attended at the same time as me, who was autistic and low support needs. He was a victim of bullying, which got the a point where a student broke his arm. As for me, I didn't have these sorts of issues (I have ADHD but that's never effected my learning so I don't count it) and after I left The Biltmore, I was introduced to many different learning tools such as iready, IXL, ect. However, The Biltmore never taught me how to use these programs, and the larger classes of public schools meant that my teachers rarely offered me help with using these programs, leaving me to teach myself which made me struggle at the beginning of my education in public schools. To any parents thinking of sending your children here; DO NOT. DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!! As a former student, I'm begging you not to send your kids here, it was genuinely one of the worst experiences of my life.
