We had to board him out in the Valley once while we were on a trip, and it was more expensive, the facilities weren't as good, and the check-in/check-out policies were ridiculous. Staff are friendly and clearly love dogs, they are great with my big guy and he is always happy to see them.

But, she is not only refusing the refund but also avoiding my call. I called pretty much every day for a month to talk to the owner. But the staff said she is not there every time I called. What makes for her to think she can keep the money, while she didn't provide the service?

They gave me a tour of the facility when I first came here and assured me that they would cater to my dogs needs (as he is a high-level energy dog). They paired him up with a friend so they could play when they were let out into their fenced yard. They also have an indoor play area for the dogs. When I came back from my trip they even gave him a complimentary bath with nails and fur trimmed! Most recently I did a LAST minute booking and they were happy to fit Bubba. Seriously, these people are the best. Been coming here ever since and my dog lovesssss the ladies that work there!

My pups are always excited to see their buddies at Rondivills (both of the two-legged and four-legged variety) and are always clean, happy, healthy, and tired out from all the socializing (in a good way) when I pick them up. On at least three different occasions one of the dogs has had a limited diet, been on medication, or had an injury that needed to be bandaged and with prior communication Rondivills was always able to accommodate their needs. I am grateful to the wonderful animal-loving staff here for treating my pups like family and making sure they are comfortable, healthy and safe while in Rondivills' care.

Nora is especially great, super caring and hands-on. There is an area for quiet dogs, active dogs and an adjacent outdoor space for their to get a bit of sunshine and to do their business. Overall it seems like a happy place for dogs and they are well looked after and cared for. I also like that my dogs come home smelling like themselves. When visiting other dog care facilities, the smell of urine and or bleach was overpowering. Glad to have found RTW.

Had a last minute search for a kennel for a short stay and found Delta Kennels. My Yorkie poo is…read moreprimarily a house dog and has never been to a kennel so wasn't sure how this would end up. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and Thunder was very calm. I was assured that he would blend into his size group, I was asked for any allergies and alot of caring questions. My dog has gastro problems and very sensitive to chicken so had to ensure it was communicated. Thunder was handed over and he stayed so calm, good sign and gave me assurance he would be fine. Picked him up after a few days and he was really good and happy, didnt show signs of any stress even after arriving home. Whew! Second stay 3 weeks later and same result. Awesome experience, Thunder was happy and no stress. Thank you to Stephanie and Linda for your care. You had many reservations, but still allowed Thunder to come. I highly recommend Delta Kennels, even if it may be out of the way, to know your dog will be well taken care of, it's worth it. Great facilities and people that genuinely care.

i was going to karen for years. she was the best. since i found they had new owners, i decided to…read moretake my cat to the vet by my house. no one informed me there was new owners, i found that on my own, but they did solicit my business under the old name. i thought it was strange as they did say they informed everyone. so i asked them to transfer the file over to the new vet. she told me theres a $45 transfer fee. i thought nothing of it and gave her my visa. they then charged $47.25 which i did NOT approve. later i told the new vet what they did and their jaw dropped. they told me they are NOT supposed to charge for transfering files. they did not say some places do and some dont, you just dont. and they use to work for karen who never took a fee. i called them they said they have a policy, too bad so sad. my business is with karen, they should be using her procedures if theyre going to use her name. i said its against the veterinary code of practice. they didnt care. luckily visa will be reversing the charges as soon as it moves from pending. especially since they charged me more than i authorized. if i cant trust these people with my credit card, how am i supposed to trust them with my cat??? sketchy, shady, unethical, avoid at all cost.

The staff are all really friendly! He has stayed the night here before and came home happy. We've never had him come home smelling like urine or faeces like you read in reviews of other daycares. It seems like the staff here are always attentive to your furry friends needs, and are never just throwing them in a room full of other dogs.
