If I could I would give it a negative -5 star. From the disrespectful horrible administration communication through email (only), teenage refs who don't know what they're doing and Rob (The owner btw) favoring one team (coach) over another and the male coaches and there little boy egos, I wouldn't recommend this league to my enemy on my worst day! $300 for a 2 month season is not worth the cheating and harassment and unfair treatment our kids have received and no correction from management. We have been playing with TFL since my son was in Kindergarten he's now in 3rd grade so all the money me and so many other parents have paid Rob and his sassy staff, for unfair treatment never again I will go give other leagues a try before I ever give Rob and his rude disrespectful staff another dollar and supposedly I heard there opening a TFL in Magnolia right next to where live I will gladly not recommend and inform everybody I know how they will regret it. Don't waste your time or money find another place ‼

Burroughs Park is one of those places that makes you appreciate having great local parks nearby…read more It's huge and has a little bit of everything -- fishing ponds, multiple playgrounds for kids of different ages, long walking trails, and plenty of open space to just enjoy being outside. The playground areas are especially great for families because there are several scattered throughout the park, so it never feels overly crowded. The fishing ponds are also a nice touch if you want to slow things down and relax for a bit. It's a great spot for a weekend walk, letting the kids burn off some energy, or just getting some fresh air. The park is generally well maintained and there's plenty of room to spread out. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get pretty busy on nice days and parking near the playgrounds fills up fast. But overall, it's definitely one of the better parks in the area and worth the visit.

Dog park win! This park is nestled away in the forest…read moretowards the back of the park. Love that it's a huge open fenced in park for the fur babies to roam. Lots of giant trees where squirrels like to play hide and seek with the dogs. Only down side is there's just one water fountain towards the front and then a couple faucets where folks bring dog bowls to put out for the dogs. There's a couple of wash stations outside of the dog park which comes in handy.

Each team will need a "Volunteer Parent Coach." My husband was forced to be the Coach as no other parents stepped up. If you're a new Coach, guess what you get ALL the new players. Some kids have never played before. The games are so upsetting, as they are playing against "friendship" teams which are basically select teams. Unfair to the "new teams" as there is a slaughter at games. The refs don't care cause they can call games early if it is a blow out. Rather than improve my son's skills, it has made them feel depressed and not want to play the sport they once enjoyed. There is no fun in going to a game week after week just to lose with ZERO points on the board. And for those "friendship" teams, shame on you for competing and cheering victory over teams you know are on recreational level, not select. Zero stars!!!!

One of Tomball's finest parks!…read more Found myself in the area in late June running an errand and searched for a park that I could stroll in to kill some time. YELP brought me here and I was impressed. There's several trails to walk and some playground areas for the kids. Also basketball, discgolf, and volleyball here for plenty of activities. The people do a great service by keeping the park clean and well-kept. Probably some of the best grass cuts I've seen. Well done, Tomball!

There are two sides that…read moreexpand across the street, and what I found out recently is that the schools used this park for soccer games and baseball. Now, that was a pleasant surprise for Lulu and me last Saturday. We stayed sitting at one of the tables, watching the games. But there's more here; it's a children's playground, several trails throughout the wooded areas, and the paths are cleared of debris. It's a really clean park, the tables aren't stained. There are plenty of garbage cans throughout. It's plenty of parking; even on Saturday, when the park was packed, we still got a place. I like that the big trees block out more of the sun, giving Lulu more time to enjoy her walks and being nosy. As you can see in the picture, there's a little bookhouse, and I bought some books the other day to drop off. That's the least I can do, my way of apologizing to the ducks and turtles for Lulu barking and wagging her tail at them.

I loved the scenery and the nature;…read morehowever 2023 was my last time attending this park because there's a lot of snakes there since the park connects to Cypress Creek. I was hiking alone on a trail once in 2023 and a light green snake rose from the ground and intensely stared at me. This snake was taller than me and I'm 5'6 for reference. The specific trail I was on was connected to the playgrounds. This was a terrifying and honestly traumatic experience; but I wanted to share my experience as a warning because I know lots of people bring their kids and pets there. Please be safe if you choose to go; but no matter how beautiful it is I can't recommend due to safety issues concerning the wilderness. I only walked away from the snake incident unscathed by the grace of God.
