I bought my fiancée a carved yard sign and it's gorgeous! I would highly recommend Wood Den to anyone!

We ordered a shield for our wedding. It was what we wanted but was severely cracked through. It was also heavier than we asked for. When we reached out about the damage, we got grief. Told we could get a replacement with additional shipping charges. Sorry, not how that works. Then, was given more BS about how we are getting a free shield. Sorry, the first one is basically firewood. Replacement came.Thanks for the nothing. It was slapped together because we received it in a couple of days' turnaround. I wanted to be able to boast of this item but can't. This, too, is cracked. This was meant for our guests to sign at our wedding. Now we have to figure something else out. This place is a hidden gem in Festus. Mom and I stopped in to browse the carvings. We both were blow away at the art and hospitality. Kirk have us a tour of the three buildings. They have many carvings ready to purchase. They also do any custom design you can dream up. They have dining table slabs fireplace mantles coffee tables bed headboards and foot boards wall Hangings. They can do rustic or modern vibe. So thankful we stopped in today. The solid wood item are moderately priced. They also have a wide array of wood species available. read more

Terrible customer service... I called to get a price on an item... they came up with design and then tell you the price and that it takes 2 day turn around.. then i called back to order and RYAN tells me he cant give me quality work in 2 days and also will not honor the price he told me a week ago.. New price is double what he said.... had he told me that last week i would have placed order then... And today when i bring it up to him he gets upset and hangs up the phone... I got a yard name log from the Wood Den...WOW! I bought off the internet and had it shipped to my house in KC. It was even better than I anticipated. My hubby loves it! Said it was the best Father's day gift ever. The prices for what you get is hands down the best around. Even the shipping was cheap. We will def be back for future orders. read more
