If you're looking for a reliable OBGYN, I would not recommend this practice. Getting someone on the phone, whether to schedule an appointment or reach the nurse's desk, is nearly impossible. Making an appointment is always a hassle. I've had to call multiple times at different times of the day, only to be put on hold for extended periods. That being said, the providers themselves are kind, and I've never had an issue with the services they provide. However, I feel as though the practice has taken on too many patients, making it difficult for doctors to spend quality time with each individual. More concerningly, I experienced unpleasant side effects after being prescribed a new medication by a doctor here and urgently called the nurse's desk three times, but no one ever called me back. I feel that it is important to note that I did not come to the Women's Care Source for prenatal care, but for annual PAPs and birth control. I really hope that they do not treat their pregnant patients this way. Also, despite presenting my insurance card, my appointment was not billed to my insurance, and I was charged in full. While mistakes happen, resolving the issue was a frustrating process due to the same communication issues. I had to repeatedly call for updates, leave messages, and wait for responses that never came. Thankfully, the billing representative (once I got her on the phone) was kind and helpful, but the process was unnecessarily difficult. Unfortunately, I've decided to switch to a new provider because the struggle to get in touch with them just isn't worth it. read more

I then called back to let her know I heard everything and she proceeded to tell me she didn't give sh... and hung up. She has no right being a doctor. Beware. read more

The absolutely worst phone system. God forbid you have an emergency, there's literally no way to get through to this practice. And despite asking to speak with the office supervisor, after hours of waiting on the phone, she/he did not have the common courtesy to call me back. I do not recommend any longer. Probably the worse medical office I have been to in my life. My nightmare started when a girl named Sohmie rudely answered the phone (I asked her what her name was and she rudely answered and quickly spelled it for me being very dismissive). I told her I was pregnant expecting my first child and that my estimate was I was around 3 weeks or so. She told me she had no doctor appointment until I was well over my 10 weeks!! I don't understand how a place with over 10 doctors can't accommodate someone in a decent time frame. She hung up on me before I could even ask any questions so I called back and was on hold for 40 minutes! To my misfortune I got the same woman again. I asked her what would be a better time to call as she might be a bit busy and she said , "well you are already calling now so what is the matter?" I am a first time mom and would like to know how the practice works as far as delivery and many first time mom questions and she said I only make appointments your doctor will give you a run down on the first appt. I said okay thank you. Then came my doctor visit which was just as disappointing as my first call. I checked in and then proceeded to wait for almost an hour to be called! The doctor did not give me a run down of absolutely anything even though I asked. And I was in the room for about 10 minutes max and was pushed out. I was asked questions very fast and the nurse or medical assistant was definitely in a rush as was the doctor. I still kept a positive spirit thinking I was maybe just in on a busy day but I was wrong. This occurred throughout my whole pregnancy. My mistake was not changing practices as early as I possibly could. I saw a different doctor each time and my baby did not even get delivered by any of them (probably a good thing because he was much much nicer than any of the other ones I saw in the practice). Now I went to the manager Donna to express my concerns hoping I would feel better about delivering my baby with them and I understood why the practice is a joke. She is condescending and simply a mean woman. She told me her husband owns the practice which then made a lot of sense where her sense of power came from. I felt like I was being scolded by someone and left in tears with how humiliated she made me feel. She should not be working in that practice of anywhere else for that matter. I am writing this review months after having my baby and after having my second baby with a different practice and realizing the immense difference this other practice has been. Which I will be writing a great review for. Mothers, especially first time moms deserve a lot better than the treatment I got here. I wasn't expecting anything else than just basic human treatment, which I did not get. If you have the option of going somewhere else please do so. I think the way for this office to properly function is changing their management. The doctors seemed good just overwhelmed. But management from Donna will bring this place door more and more. read more

I recently used Women's Care Source for my first pregnancy, and I would NOT recommend them. It's a cold, impersonal practice, and you're very much a body, not a person, to them. A few things: -I chose them in part because I wanted doctors affiliated with Morristown Medical, and I wanted to be familiar with the doctor who delivered my baby. Well, when the time came none of their doctors were on call so a stranger delivered my baby anyway. (She was way more personable than any of the WCS docs!) -I never saw a doctor take notes during my visits. And I was routinely asked the same questions over and over, including whether I had gotten a flu shot when I had gotten it from them! They also gave me conflicting info. For example, one week the midwife said I wouldn't be having any more ultrasounds, and in my next visit, the doctor said I needed to have them every week for the remainder of my pregnancy. -Even though it was my first pregnancy, they did not offer any guidance (e.g. what to eat/not) or what I might expect in my pregnancy. They'd ask if I had any questions and then would seem annoyed if I did. One interaction I'll remember for the rest of my life: I asked the doctor why I needed to have more ultrasounds in my last few weeks (I was having a healthy pregnancy) and she, annoyed, looked me straight in the eye and said, "To look for signs of fetal demise." What a thing to say to a very pregnant lady! When I later told the ultrasound technician, she was horrified and told me to find a new doctor. -The postpartum care was an absolute joke. There's worse stuff that happened, but it's too personal to share. And this is a minor thing, but you can tell they don't give a crap about clients by the environment. The facilities don't look like they've been updated since the 80s, and you know it's not due to lack of $$. I switched practices right after the baby, and I'm here to tell you - You can have an obgyn that greets you warmly! With admin staff that give you the correct paperwork to fill out! In a sleek, modern exam room! You are worth it, lady. read more

Horrible experience with office staff and Dr. Madison Meyer-Manzi. The doctor was extremely condescending and rude. Did not prepare for the visit on reading my file as I was a new patient to her. She has a horrible bedside manner and doesnt explain herself or provide any alternatives to assitance when she says she is not going to follow what past docters have done. The office staff doesnt answer and you hold for over 40min before they pick up, then hang up when you complain and call their patients liars. When I received the survey for the experience they called me back and Donna who identified herself as the practice administrater told me I was the problem and refused to give me anyone above her to speak with. Told me her husband was the boss and it was none of my business who he was and hung up. Horrible experience and so sad how people do not care how they treat you, especially the doctor who thought it was appropriate to point at her MD written on her jacket telling me that's why she makes the decisions.. because it says MD on her jacket.. read more

Where do I start?! I came in as a new patient for pregnancy. I specifically joined to be a patient for Dr. Feltz which I later found out after going through my entire second trimester being passed from one doctor to another that the practice does not operate with Dr./patient exclusivity. That was the beginning of my horror story. - the lack of quality care by the doctors at this facility throughout my pregnancy led me to needing Iron IV infusions as late as the week of my due date - I raised concerns regarding the size of the baby (large baby) the doctors dismissed my concerns which led my baby to position in face presentation and me needing an emergency c-section - I was in pre-labor and labor for 3 days before I was okayed to go to the hospital... despite my concerns. the pain was so unbearable and I was in such distress that upon checking in I had to be given IV pain medication just to get some rest -for labor not one of the 10+ doctors in the practice showed up to my delivery. A doctor I had NEVER seen nor knew my medical nor pregnancy history ended up delivering my baby. I mean, is this for real?! - I scheduled a meeting postpartum with the office manager Donna (what a joke) and expressed my disappointment. She never followed up and brushed every concern and the lack of quality care as isolated out of their control instances. She should be Fired! - a few months later when I called to get my medical records I was met with yet another ridiculous antiquated process and awful attitude from the staff. The woman Margarita who tended the call even laughed at my request and hung up the phone. The same day another woman named Pamela called me and acted like nothing happened trying to get the antiquated process started for my medical records. I requested to speak to Donna who is the office manager and I suspect the culprit of the disaster and negligence happening at this place on the operating side. When on the phone with Donna she became extremely unprofessional and started yelling at me and speaking over me until she hung up the phone on me AGAIN. Can you imagine?! - the doctors are also very incompetent, again my health and my child were at risk because of the lack of quality care -my child will also have to have circumcision revision since the doctor also failed to properly do that This is only a summary of the main things that went wrong. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I'm not the only one with a horrific experience with this place read the other reviews clearly mentioning the lack of care, how incompetent Donna is and how ALL the doctors in the practice are a joke. This place needs to be investigated ASAP. read more

Why is it so hard to find a great gyno? This place is no better than Morristown OBGYN. After searching through MANY post and reviews I finally thought I found the gyno I have been searching for all my life, Dr. Brenin-Goldfischer. Boy was I wrong! I was experiencing excruciating ovarian pain to the point where I could not even pick up my toddler. I saw Dr. Brenin and from the start she looked like she was upset. She was not warm and I did not find her to be kind. However, that's fine, if you're great at your job then I won't take your cold demeanor personal. The issue I have is how they basically lied to me. I had the ultrasound that day, Thursday, and they said they would call me back with the results by end of day. I waited until Monday to give them a call and the receptionist lied and said it usually takes 24 hrs to show on my chart. That's funny because the ultrasound tech said my doctor would receive the results within 2 hrs and I called the office more than 24 hrs later. I let it go, hoping and wishing they would call me back the next day. Dr. Brenin called me back 2.5 weeks later. At that point, why even call me?! I sought medical attention elsewhere since obviously this place could care less about me. And yes, now I take it personally. read more

Extremely disorganized and they do not care for their patients. Rather, they treat their patients like they are products on an assembly line and superficially check/assess a person's physical "well being". This leads to a lot of errors and inaccurate assessments...ultimately to the detriment to the patient's physical and emotional health. The nurses and office staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. They will make decisions without informing you, without discussion...which leads to overreaction to everything because they hadn't an understanding of a situation in the first place. And how dare you ask a question??? The nurse will interrupt mid sentence, ultimately not permitting you to speak your mind or express any concerns. If you care for your health, do not go here. You will leave the office more confused and infuriated after dealing with incompetence and disorganization. Then the scheduler will call you because,"We're trying to get you off our books." This organization should be investigated, trained, and/or shut down after the level of incompetence, disrespect, and undermining of vulnerable people. read more

I generally see Dr. O'Reilly. She is very nice, and I am happy with her. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to their office anymore. I am 26, and I do not want children. I've talked to Dr. O'Reilly in the past about having a tubal ligation, but I was told that I am too young and I could change my mind. I brought it up again in my most recent visit, and asked the office manager to talk to all of the doctors in the practice to see if they would be willing to perform the procedure. Unsurprisingly, they called me back, and said no one would do it. I understand that the doctors might not be comfortable with performing a tubal ligation on me due to my age, and the fact that I don't have children, but it is not their place to make reproductive decisions for me. I was also extremely offended that they recommended that my fiance get a vasectomy instead. If it's ok for him to get a vasectomy, then there is no reason that I should be denied a tubal ligation. I don't want to find a new doctor, but if they won't perform a tubal ligation on me, then I have no choice. read more

I usually see Dr. Hersh who is amazing and extremely friendly. My last annual I could only get an appointment to see Sharon the nurse practitioner and was extremely pleased with her. She took the time to answer any and all questions I had and thoroughly explained everything. My main complaint would be how hard it is to get an appointment. You need to call months in advance for an annual which isn't possible when your schedule changes. I've had appointments moved and cancelled numerous times and they do not pull strings at all even after cancelling on you. I saw Tina Alessi, the nurse midwife once for a visit and she was extremely rude and unprofessional making me feel uncomfortable in a place that should be welcoming. Steer clear of her! read more

I'm pregnant right now and I've switched providers a week before my due date from here to a new place - that shows how rough it was with this practice. I'll start with the things that are positive, they do follow up and call back and typically run an efficient office i.e. You don't have to wait for like 30 minutes to be seen. The vibe though is that they are busy all the time, so I didn't get to know the doctors that well nor did they try to get to know me. Any one of the doctors could be the one delivering so you try and see a different one that could that potentially deliver but I found them all to be fine - business/like - pretty neutral. They were happy to keep my appointments short and I didn't really have too many questions because so much information regarding pregnancy expectations are online and my main concern was around delivery and what that would look like, and it didn't make sense to discuss that too early. Because i'm having twins, they scheduled an induction - but they've never had a conversation with me about that expectation, how that process goes - nothing. They just scheduled it as if they did explain - and it was scheduled in 10 days. I felt completely uncomfortable and frustrated by the lack of care in which this was handled so i tried to call and have conversations about this with any of the doctors who could potentially deliver. They consistently used fear tactics to bully me into the scheduled date and my discomfort only continued to mount the more we interacted. I had enough when one doctor said twice on the phone that "your baby will die" if i didn't proceed with the induction date they mentioned and was able switch thank goodness to a practice that meets my standards of human decency and treating me like an informed person in the process. My impression is that they are constantly busy so they do not care to get to know their patients, nor do they prioritize this because they have enough business i.e. $$ from the amount of people they see. The fear tactic thing is bizarre and I have no idea why they all use that other than maybe they've been sued before. I do not recommend this practice. Find a practice that aligns with your expectations and standards when it comes to prenatal care and the birth of your baby. This isn't it. read more

I have been going to this group since i was pregnant with my first child. Dr. O' Reilly is very good. Infact all doctors in this group are amazing. I was induced for 36 hours and the baby wasnt ready to come out, i was also not dilating...Dr. O'reilly did my csection and it went really well. I started feeling very good in just 2 weeks post surgery and in 6 weeks i was able to do some basic gym. I will go back during my second pregnancy. read more

Dr. Austin is really good, but the support staff is bad. Needed them to process a pre-certification for a MRI after a mammogram/ultrasound, and I called 9 days before my MRI appointment to request it. Spoke with Melissa the day before my appointment and she said it was "still being processed" -- turns out she didn't even submit the request until the day of that phone call and didn't bother to tell me THAT part. I called her back after speaking to my insurance company -- she threw everyone else under the bus for the mistake and then hung up on me. Scary that the paperwork for a cancer diagnostic test is mishandled, and then they act all crappy about it. read more

Terrible practice. It's partly my fault for not leaving sooner after numerous issues. I just hoped each issue was an anomaly but enough is enough. It's the office staff as well as the doctors. Office staff does not answer the phone and puts you on hold. Literally was just on hold for 20 minutes after I called their doctor-patient liaison back to explain why I had left a bad review. As far as the doctors my main Dr was okay though she did forgot to call in my prescription last month. This was an big inconvenience but fine, things happen. Went to Dr. Austin and she was extremely rough with the speculum and it was very painful and unpleasant experience. I expressed this to her and there was no concern or modifications. I felt like I would pass out and neither doctor or nurse cared and looked at me like a nuisance. I couldn't leave the waiting room for 10 minutes because I didn't want to drive feeling so light headed. Before I left I confirmed with the receptionist that they would call in a prescription. She said yes with a rude tone but I asked because it had happened before. Next day I go to pharmacy and my prescription wasn't there. Issue after issue after issue. Horrible service. My insurance has me order my prescriptions through Express Scripts which requires an OK by the doctors office before the order gets made. A week after I put my order in I get an email telling me it hasn't been approved. This is for my birth control pills, and now I only have 2 weeks left plus it takes 5-10 days for the pills to even arrive. I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes, then transferred to an answering machine. I never got a call back, so later in the day I called again, was put on hold for another 20 minutes, and transferred to THE SAME ANSWERING MACHINE. I had to physically drive to the office to make sure a woman checked a box on the Internet. They jeopardized my reproductive health and I do not take this lightly. Absolutely ridiculous to be put through the ringer to access birth control. read more

Had the WORST experience ever! My 16 year old daughter was given a prescription and had to go back to get a blood pressure check to renew the prescription after 3 months. Of course it was normal. Received a bill for $75 - for a blood pressure check! Did not see a doctor or a nurse practitioner, just blood pressure check. Called the office multiple times to dispute the ridiculous charge and got nowhere. Called the billing office 3 times and also got nowhere. Then they turned me over to Collections and now I had to pay $113 to include the Collections costs!!!! And I couldn't use my Health Spending Account because it was in collections so I had to use a different credit card. These people are vultures - they don't care about patients. They don't want to hear anything about disputes and they will ruin your credit while you're trying to resolve a dispute!! Don't visit this practice EVER! read more
