The convenient Wheaton location of the facility is great for daycare and they also allow for half-day daycare too. Very flexible scheduling. When I pick my dog up, I can tell that she's received personalized attention from the staff and that she has been well cared for. Often she's been able to work one-on-one with a staff member for nearly all of her half-day session. We also attend the group classes which are incredibly unique and let my dog build up practice interacting with other dogs in a way that reinforce new, good behaviors. My neighbors are thrilled with the progress almost as much as I am - my dog no longer automatically barks at everyone outside now and is able to make new friends. The in home training we did originally was incredibly valuable to get us started on the right foot. We need to do that again very soon! Is it the least expensive daycare and/or training in the area? No. But it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. When I leave my dog in the care of The Canine's Voice I know that she's going to be safe, loved, and will learn a few things while she's there. Very very Misleading information on the website and we're a loving caring and now very anxious family who wanted nothing more than to pick up their dog and bring her home. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Who implies a 24 operation and doesn't answer phones and when we show up during business hours they aren't there for us to pick up our dog?? We show up at 9am and it was like she wasn't even there. Not familiar with our dog. Asked if our dog was black or yellow in color. She is neither. Took 20 minutes to get checked out. Here is a photo of our call logs that were never answered. My girl is home and safe and I'm grateful this is the last time we'll ever set foot in this place.

He gets fed lunch, fresh water, and a walk/play time. I love the daily "report card" we receive as well, as it lets us know how our little guy did during the day and gives us peace of mind while we're away. Amy is quick to respond to any questions we have, and I feel that she is a good and responsible business owner. Having this level of confidence is extremely important when it comes to things like this, as I'm sure any dog owner will understand. The walkers themselves do a great job, and I like how the system is set up -- instead of having only one person come out five days a week, there are two walkers who split days. This means that in the event a backup is needed you don't have to worry about a stranger coming to take out your dog. Again, it's a good peace of mind component of this operation. So, all in all, we're extremely happy with Dogs Love Running and would recommend them to anyone in the Elmhurst area.

They charge to use a credit card. (Most businesses have learned how to incorporate credit charges into their pricing). Lastly, they struggle explain their pricing structure. A bath is $65 dollars but if you get a bath, cut the nails and get a full haircut it's $75.
