I had a bad experience with this company. I was lookimg to refinance my home I worked with candice marx. She kept asking me for the same information that she confirmed she received. She promised to gie me a great interest rate. After working with her for nearly 3 weeks we set a appraisel. I felt a little unsure about how things were going so i requested a good faith estimates withwhat she offered me and she did already run my credit. Of course when i requested the paper work before appraisel came to my home. Which i paid 450 for the appraisel already. She then told me she couldnt lock me down at what she promised me it was now .25 percent higher. This was horrible 3 weeks into working w her did she decide to tell me this. I then said i no longer wanted y he deal,or appraisel. She said she would cancel appraisel. I then asked for appraisel number and she refused to give it to me and said i cancelled already per your request. Then the appraisel shows up at my door 3 days later. Very unprofessional women. Spoke to manager he seemed concerned and then never called me back as he also promised. Not saying this business is all :) horrible just saying do not work with candice marx. I now have to go threw it all and now need to start my 30 day refinance over. Never received apologies or try and work w me. Just stopped receiving my phone calls. read more
