We called Mike and Elizabeth and told them we found dream home but builder wouldn't take a contingent offer unless our current home was in escrow. We weren't sure that we could get in escrow before someone else offered on dream home. Mike got everything in motion and had picture crew ready for 2 (really 1) days later. Oh, by the way, we called him New Years Eve afternoon AND he was on vacation. Elizabeth helped stage the house and pictures get taken Thursday morning. Mike then works his magic later that morning with builder's agent and they take in our contingent offer we were told wouldn't be presented to builder. Mike convinced us to list our sale home with a range and it worked out better than expected. We had 8 pre open house viewings in a 4 hr time frame and had 65 visitors check into our 4 hour open house. We ended up with 8 offers and 7 over list within 24 hours of the open house. Mike had everything taken care of the whole process. Everything was easy to take care of through docusign and if we had any questions or concerns, Mike took more than a fair share of time to make sure we understood what was going on. Based off his quality of work, I know Mike has other clients, but based off his attention to our needs, it felt like we were his only one. On top of all this, we had a 21 day escrow and everything got taken care of without hiccup. Thank you so much Mike and Elizabeth!!

He answers every call, every question and if he doesn't know the answer he will find out ASAP! Bought and sold a home with him in 2019 and could not be happier!! We still head from Mike often. He sends us helpful newsletters to help with keeping our home organized to whether it makes sense to refinance in this great time of low interest rates. His team also helped us to stage our home beautifully from top to bottom with all of our own furnishings and their extra accessories to make our own home look amazing and inviting for buyers. He had our house sold to the best buyer in 3 days. He found us the perfect home to upgrade to in the exact right time. We have a beautiful view, 4 bedrooms and 2 and half baths on a quiet street for the exact right price. We were able to receive every item we absolutely needed in our offer and were so happy we moved into our dream home. We got the most for the sale of our home and spent the least amount on our new home. Mike was kind, patient, level headed and super supportive each step of our transaction. Even when things got a little tricky with the timing of the close of escrow on the house we sold and the close of escrow on the move in date of the new house, Mike was able to negotiate a free rent back with the extra days we needed to finish our upgrades before we moved in. It all seem flawless on our end, but you can bet it was not easy on Mike's end. He is consummate professional each step of the way and we truly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor! Thank you, Mike! You and your team are amazing! We are still happy in our home almost 2 years later! We love our home and our view!! Thank you, Mike!!

She checked the rental market and suggested to raise the price as necessary. She was able to rent my house $200 above the suggested rental price from zillow.com within a few weeks. There are so many resources out there, you can practically buy/sell online without a realtor; however if you are not schooled in real estate it's likely you will make several mistakes along the way. When we met Runa she opened a door to decades of knowledge and tricks of the biz. She quickly became a trusted member of our family, who herself became invested in our success. We've purchased two houses through her and have recommended her to our family and friends. With Runa this is what you get: - no nonsense honestly regarding the market and home purchase offers - intimate knowledge of the home market - unbiased opinions regarding potential homes to purchase - home sellers, Runa works hard for it 24/7. Midnight paperwork? She is game. Around the clock she is doing what she can to sell your house. - for home sellers, if you don't like or follow her advice she will do as you ask, and she will continually calibrate to make what you want work. - she works with professional photography and does the 3D map of your house. What I liked most about working with Runa, is I never once felt like I was not working with a friend even when I knew her for 5 minutes. She is the only Realtor any San Diegan will need.
