In addition I asked that my property tax be added to the payment and when the docs were sent to me for completion the tax was not included. I inquired as to why and the rep told me this is done after purchase. Complete lie. I was never given any docs on paying off the existing property tax from the previous owner and now have a $300 delinquent penalty. They just churn and burn, provide little to no assistance and act annoyed when you ask for help. I will never use them again and will encourage anyone to find a different escrow provider.
