The Wake Winni team picked is up at our dock and promptly took our tour of eight out on the waters of Lake Winne for 6 hours. We skied, tubed and "surfed some tasty wake" while have a great day on the water. Josh and Dom are expert navigators of the waters of Lake Winnipesaukee and great hosts. The are also great instructors. We had a few kids and a couple beginners in our group and Josh and Dom were patient and skilled at providing instructions and at one point even got on the surf board with one of our kids to get them up and surfing! Lucy met us in the morning and we went straight to the river. It was such a gorgeous and enjoyable ride and she was so pleasant and relaxed the whole way through. She gave us some simple tips on kayaking and also some nice information on some of the wildlife and history of the area. When we reached Lake Ossipee the wind was very strong which made the lake very choppy and her lead was so assuring in the challenge that lay ahead of us - she was awesome and we made it to the other side of the lake without any issues whatsoever. They detailed the boat, gave us bumpers, life vests, and 4 lines so we could tie the boat off. I felt we paid a reasonable amount, I was happy, and took delivery Labor Day weekend. They winterized it, stored it, and got it ready for a June pick-up. I'm now dealing with the service department, and I feel they are bending over backwards to accommodate us. They diagnosed it immediately, gave me a ride home, and said they'd try to find the part and fix it in the morning. Kevin drove to a marina in another town to get the part that night and the boat was back in the water by 10AM July 4. Awesome "above and beyond" service. They've maintained and stored my boat for 20 years. No one is perfect, but they're nice folks and always try to do the right thing and be helpful. Thanks also to Colton, David and Mark, who've been great over the years.
