These weren't some from the frozen food section at Krogers, Aldi's, Giant Eagle, or Gordon Food Service fries that 99.9% other wing places give you, this place put in the EXTRA EFFORT by FRESH CUTTING them which was a very nice touch. Anna, our server who is an OSU student, was also prompt and so friendly. When she found out my daughter and her friend were incoming freshmen from out of state, she said to stop by anytime if they felt lost or needed someone to talk with! As the name indicates it's all about fried chicken. The chicken is brined with salt and water overnight. Makes the chicken super moist and crispy, it doesn't get any better. Why vegetable oil? They use 100% vegetable oil for their frying needs. It adds a nice mild flavor to the food, holds up to high temperature well, and its plant based! For the vegetarians out there, our fries are hand cut by us and brined overnight. No added ingredient. Potato, salt, water. We also have our fryers set up in such a way as to not cross contaminate the fries with the chicken! We have a dedicated fryer JUST for fries! Our fries are vegan and our chicken is gluten free! The fries were so tasty and had such a great texture. Yummmy!!! Their wings will be the crispiest, most perfectly cooked, tender wings you've ever had!
