Brian and Rachel have assembled a group that arrives when they say, are neat and respect your home, and are kind and friendly. I actually enjoyed having them around. Most importantly the craftsmanship is impeccable. On the very rare occasion something was not quite right it was attended to without hesitation. Finally, Rachel and Brian are great people. They are responsible yet fun. They are family people active in their children's lives and great members of their community. The kind of people you can TRUST. We had just left a soap shop, where my friend purchased some soap and put the soap in her pocket as it was one bar. As we were standing in the front of this store, an older woman, who turned out to be the manager, came to her employee at the front and whispered something in her ear. I didn't really pay much attention at the time but something felt off about it. At the same time they were trying to pull items in from the rain that had just started. We were then followed the rest of the time we were in the store and as we were leaving questioned if we wanted to purchase anything. After I left my friend said they had mentioned something about her pickpocketing and were staring at her pockets. It all made sense what we had experienced. I called and spoke to that manager explaining what had happened and my disappointment. She first blamed it on new staff till it was revealed SHE was the older woman who whispered in the woman's ear. She was rude and defensive and ultimately hung up on me saying "Sorry YOU were uncomfortable." This was blatant racism and profiling and I highly suggest you don't shop at such a disgusting place. Shameful.
