Folks have been friendly whenever I've come in, and they really stood out when I brought my young niece in. She is in grade school, and we had a chat in advance about how it was an "eyes, not hands" store -- I kept her very close because I didn't want to be the person who lets a kid get rowdy around fragile items! My niece made great behavioral choices, and she picked out a pendant. The person behind the counter was so lovely with her and invited her to look at the color options for the necklace cord, which thrilled her!
