I immediately notified them of the error because I have been actively looking for a home for the past year and needed to be month to month. I ended up moving out and they won't make an addendum to my lease renewal. Now they are charging me for breaking the lease and up to $36,000 for the year or until they fill the apartment. They never answer phones or emails and that number for costumer service they keep giving on these reviews... they are just as bad as the office staff. AND my AC went out in July and took a week to repair, Stephanie told me I'd get a temp AC unit in. That never happened. Good Job Stone creek staff.

I moved because I needed to be closer to family, doctors and downsize a little bit. Aaron assisted me with the process and made it so easy. I was so stressed out and was nervous I would be penalized. We communicated through the process and it was actually quite painless which is very much appreciated. While I never really had problems with my appliances or home features if anything arose maintenance was there in no time to help. One time I couldn't pull the cover off the lighting in the laundry so he came and changed the light for me. This community is very quiet, clean and as long as you communicate with staff they're happy to accommodate you if you're facing one of these many difficulties in life. I also worked with Brenda in the office who is a total sweetheart. If you're looking for a place in SCV to feel safe and secure close to parks and schools check them out!

We thought that was at the end of the story and then 20 minutes later, Roy called my daughter to say that he had gone to the current resident, who thankfully had the missing package. Roy checked the caller ID and called my daughter back to let her know he had tracked it down and that it was at the front office waiting for her. Roy went above and beyond. I'm coming here from Canyon Country so the area itself is a major upgrade. The amenities provided do make sense for the rent, as does the corresponding area. The grounds are well maintained and clean. And let me just mention that washer/dryer in unit. You'd be hard pressed to find any other one bedroom apartment in the same price range featuring that. The internet here is Spectrum Fiber, which is a major step up from Cable or Wireless 5G UC Internet. That process was smooth too. Here's ANOTHER update from my JUST 1yr of living there…read more Another big issue I had there was: MY CAR GOT STOLEN!!! Literally out of the garage! And when I told the office and asked for the footage they were useless as always (I doubt their old dusty cameras even work) Luckily was able to recover my car that had been dumped up the hill in a residential area thanks to having places an airtag in it for this EXACT reason. I even went as far as posting on the RING app and got footage of my car being driven late at night/early morning from a house's camera in the area. Shared it with the cops and of course they did NOTHING. HOLD ON THERE'S MORE! I mentioned this in the app for residents and it turned out there had been a lot of car break ins! And sure enough, within a couple of weeks a neighbor near me had her car stolen too! And I told her where I found my car and sure enough! Telling you if you want to experience horrors from all directions, this is the spot to be! If not, then you know what to do.... And let's not even mention the rude condescending employees who harrassed me and "wrote me up" when they saw me walking 2 steps outside my apt with my injured 10lbs senior dog to take her to go pee. For a one bedroom, it is very spacious and we love that there is a half bath for guests. There is a cleaning staff that comes during the week and keeps the place very clean. We love that the trash gets picked up frequently and the area is always kept clean. The neighborhood as a whole has so much to offer if you enjoy walking to grab dinner, a drink, or a local theatre performance. Once the movie theatre opened up it just made it an even better place. If we could make suggestions that would make the best place to live we would add some dog friendly features (lots of dogs live here), like poop bag stations, or a grass patch. We do also get the occasional homeless person in the parking garage area, and lots of skateboarding teens. During the transition between property managers it was hard to get ahold of them but now she is very responsive and helpful. If you are not interested in a "downtown" vibe or lifestyle this might not be a good fit for you, but we absolutely love it.

There's a lot of seating everywhere, and when tables run out, there's a whole grass area you can set up your chair and whatever else you brought in. On one side is the splash playground, which is so much fun even for adults. On the other side is the big pool that is fun to swim in. There's plenty of parking here, and it's only about 5 dollars per person to get in. The best part is they don't close like the Verdugo one in between sessions. This one allows you to stay from open to close, with every now and then closing just to inspect the equipment for 15 minutes, but then you can go back in and have a blast. The Verdugo one only lets you in for about 1.5 hours max, then you get kicked out. It is separated into two sessions and is honestly a little bit of a hassle. That's why this one is the one you want to check out. Your kiddos will love it!
