CLEARLY, they don't understand the concept of "walk-in service" NOT requiring an appointment!!! I've have tried to 3x's this year (its April) to get my dog in during yappy hour and the first time no one was there-they were closed-shut down/lights off and everything. The manager on duty opened up the salon and did her nails himself. However, no real apology, just that he had to manage his employee hours & it was slow. It was 5pm! I even left work to get there during Yappy Hour. The second time I had an appointment for 1 of my dogs and was going to bring the other back when they were finished just to get her nails trimmed. I was told they wouldn't be able to get her in because they were booked... It states you provide WALK-IN services on the sign I just passed! Today the third attempt since they told me to try back during the week and today was Tuesday, I go in at 5:20pm and was meant by Andrienna who was quite rude and unforgiving. She made it clear that I had to make an appointment regardless of what your store sign states, and that they had already closed everything down and were leaving... EXTREMLY unprofessional and definitely not a customer service centered business. Again, no empathy, no apology, just attitude like I was disgusting her. DO BETTER PETSMART!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be reposting this to as many places as I can. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

There was a gap between me taking her to the groomers and Ruth has been so helpful and patient with getting my doggy back in routine of going to the groomers and I couldn't be happier with the results everytime! Everyone compliments her on her fluffy, soft, and clean coat and I have to thank Ruth for that! Prices were in-line with what I would expect for luxury pet goods being sold on King Street, which is to say, it's higher than the Petsmart, but freshly baked dog treats aren't something I see there either. They had a fun assortment, and some of them looked good enough that we had to ask if they were for puppies or people. I talked briefly with the owner who was friendly and outgoing. My friend's dog enjoyed the treats, too. Overall and pleasant experience; I don't own a dog (I do have a cat), but if I did, I would definitely come back! J.Ja

After seeing how dirty my shoes were after walking through the house, I knew my little girl needed a bath asap. I found out that Dolittles has a self dog washing station and headed over right away. I headed to the back and an employee showed me around as a first timer. They have absolutely everything you need to give your pooch a proper bath including waist high sinks with powerful sprayers, shampoo, scrubbers, towels, and even rubber aprons so you don't get wet. I was in and out in 20 minutes and for $15, my little Mollie was squeaky clean. They have plenty of food, toys, and other pet accessories for sale and I ended up picking up a new brush as well. They're located on Coleman in the plaza at Houston Northcutt which is super convenient as it's right around the corner from me. I'll be back for sure.
