If you have healthy teeth and gums, don't go here, because they won't be healthy when you leave…read more I came to this office a few years ago because they accepted my insurance. I had flawless oral health my whole life. No cavities, no gum disease, no bleeding. Countless dentists and hygienists across different reputable offices had always said the same: your teeth and gums are perfect, keep doing what you're doing. At one point, I followed a trusted hygienist across multiple practices, and every one of her cleanings was reviewed and signed off by dentists. Not once was there ever a concern. Then I came here. And everything changed. They insisted I needed a deep cleaning. I asked for a standard one, like I'd had my entire life. They said no. ***They refused to touch my teeth unless I agreed to the deep cleaning.*** There was no real conversation, no concern for my dental history -just pressure to sign. Feeling trapped, I went along with it. That was the last time my gums were healthy. The hygienist was clearly rushed. She barely spoke to me, blasted through the cleaning like she had a deadline to meet, and left the room immediately after she finished. No dentist ever came in to check her work. And my mouth? Pouring blood. I've never bled during a cleaning in my life--this was profuse bleeding, a foul taste, and a bad smell coming from my gums as soon as I left. I knew something was off. And I was right. From that day forward, I've had constant gum bleeding, sensitivity, and odor after flossing. Years later, it's still not back to normal. All of this started after that one "deep cleaning". Later, I told my longtime hygienist what happened. Her response? "You got conned." That's when I found out she had actually worked at this very office, and quit. Why? Because hygienists were being paid on commission and were pressured to upsell deep cleanings, even when they weren't necessary. She said it went against her ethical standards, and I believe her. I'm now living with the consequences. And the billing? Don't even get me started. They gave me a quote ahead of time. But once I was in the chair, ready for my cleaning, they shoved paperwork and a pen in my face. I noticed the price had doubled. When I asked why, they said the original quote was "for half the mouth." Half the mouth?? Are we doing dental work or buying tile? Here's what people don't realize: when done improperly or unnecessarily, a deep cleaning can permanently damage your gums. It can strip healthy tissue, cause recession, and throw off your entire oral environment. And that's exactly what happened to me. This office isn't about care. It's about speed, sales, and quotas. They rush you in, push what makes them money, and leave you worse off than when you came in. A dental hygienist mill. If your mouth is healthy, protect it and stay away. If you need real care, find a place that doesn't operate like a sales floor. This isn't dentistry. It's damage with a price tag. The front office clerks were loud and rude, rolling eyes, slamming hands on the desks, and yelling inpatiently when interacting with clients.

The dentist refused to perform a routine cleaning saying I needed a DEEP CLEANING, claimed I had…read moregum disease, and insisted I needed a crown and a filling. I declined their treatment plan and left. I then saw another dentist who confirmed that I did not have gum disease, did not need a crown, and that a standard cleaning was appropriate. Imagix submitted a claim to my insurance company for the visit and the x-rays they took. The claim was paid in accordance with IN NETWORK rates. However, the dental office is now claiming I still owe a balance and has been pressuring me to pay. So now I HAVE A BALANCE FOR PREVENTIVE CARE IN NETWORK AFTER INSURANCE PAYMENT. This place will sell you treatments you don't need and overcharge you for services you receive. I am not sure if it is legal for them to add this to their paperwork - "I further understand that I am responsible for ANY amounts not paid by my insurance for ANY reason".

the GOATS ! keeping my shiny teeth that sparkle always on point as always, thanks !!! Lauren is…read morethe best at what she does and does good quality work !! Very professional and on point !!!

This place completely sucks…read more First of all, they lock their doors and open as the patients arrive. The front desk staff act like they don't even see you when you've just been standing in front of the door for several mins..... until you physically call them to open the door. You know they see you too, it's all glass doors in this plaza. Not to mention rude attitudes by these girls working the front. They have a "no-show" $50 fee, which is also stupid. They also constantly make mistakes on appointments. Dr. Sehee (Jenny) Kim talks in a very condescending way, constantly judges on your teeth and says unnecessary crap, which makes you feel very uncomfortable. She's always trying to nit pick at nothing to make more money and makes you come back over and over, completely wasting your time. She is so money hungry and talks to her staff in a rude way, even in front of patients. Talking about "that's 4 of my lunches" to the assistant as she makes a mistake. You're a dentist, be professional.... that's the bottom line. As soon as you sit down, the hygienist brings you a paper to sign forcing you to get flouride which is $75 out of your pocket. When you refuse, Dr. Jenny Kim comes in and asks WHY? WHY NOT? WHY? BUT YOU NEED IT. NO YOU WILL GET IT. Just really annoying talking to this dentist and dealing with everyone here. I mean, i get why front girls are always so angry.... i would be too if I was working for a boss like that. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
