I know I should have said something then but didn't want to complain in front of my guests. When the ribs arrived - cold & looking like they'd set out on the counter all day, I knew it was too late. Discussing it with others on the drive home, I discovered mine was a common disappointment shared by all. Needless to say, we won't go back here again, and I cannot in any way recommend eating at this Applebee's restaurant. Other Applebee's may be fine, and there was a huge crowd waiting at the door when we left, that I can only imagine that these people have low standards and there's not many other places to eat nearby. Sorry Applebee's, your place loses, WJS

We waited for an hour and 30 minutes for our food tonight. When it finally came out, the boneless wings were barely warm, missing our ranch which we had to wait for. The fries were overcooked and we could barely eat them. Added salt because they were tasteless and it still didn't help. The ketchup lid fell off onto my food (gross) and tasted like it was bad. The codfish tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil or something. It was also barely warm. We couldn't quite figure it out and the onion finger things didn't taste like they were good. The only halfway good thing was the steak and cheese sandwich. They were very busy tonight, so we were trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when the food was not even good, like at all, that really sucked. Hopefully this was a fluke and they figure it out. We really want them to succeed. Sadly we won't be returning.

Their drinks were good but if you are a beer drinker you are mostly looking at the normal, run of the mill lagers. They did have a couple of IPAs but nothing special craft brewery-ish.
