During the whole yogurt craze in my early teens, I tried just about every yogurt place that opened here in the Manila, but my favorite was always White Hat. Their yogurt was just the right amount of sweet and tangy, and the consistency was perfect - not too soft, but firm enough to retain that unique fro-yo texture. The name of my absolute favorite topping combination is lost to me, as I haven't had yogurt in a while, but it was something with the word "baker" in it and had graham crackers, cheesecake bits, nuts in it, and it was my favorite thing to eat while chatting with my high school barkada, or during a hot summer's day out with family. I'm not much of a frozen yogurt fan these days, but whenever the need arises it's White Hat I always think of first, and until now, years later, it still remains my favorite yogurt place. read more
