Even if I wasn't to eat gluten free, I would chose Mehl's first! I had one of their muffins at a local event earlier in the summer and was won over immediately. Then we went to their shop this past week to pick out cupcakes for a birthday and were in heaven! We got four cupcakes: carrot, vanilla cheesecake, caramel sea salt, and strawberry champagne (this one was vegan). Each was wonderful in its own right and full of body and flavor. They also have a good selection of vegan/dairy free treats for those that can't have milk. What we didn't get, but will have to the next time, are some of their "regular foods." They've got pizzas, and pasta, chicken, turkey meals for sale as well. We were on a dessert kick, so we didn't get to those; but certainly another time!
