I call one of the CS and ask him how to button until it loosens. He says, and I kid you not, "just button it". That was all it took after the other snub and we just walked out. REI and Nordstrom are better than any other retailer. Their staff must be selected as polite or trained to offer exemplary customer service. Of this type of store, REI is my favorite. They provided information on the area we were in - including entertaining stories. The camping spot was remote and beautiful - right in the edge of the lake. The evening campfire was enjoyable. We had a great group of people and remain in contact with them.
