Cathy was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She helped me try on at least ten harnesses in the store and tested different models and sizes with me. My new harness fits extremely well, and I can clearly feel that it keeps me in a much more upright position. It has made me feel much more confident about taking falls while lead climbing.
