I asked her to start with it longer then we can see if I want it shorter - and she definitely just went ahead and went for the chop. I asked for longer ends and that didn't happen as well. I had received a bad haircut from Great Clips and basically told the owner to just try to fix it the best he could. He did a great job. There are a couple other people that work there as contractors, but I don't think they have a receptionist. If you're local and need an appointment, it's probably best to stop in to make one.
