Therapists are top notch and cater to your needs. Wellness Revolution has a terrific community feel to it.

Dr Dan is amazing! The staff is helpful and friendly. Not a single complaint from me.

I've been going to Wellness Revolution for a couple years now. I've always had a great experience, I've worked with three different doctors. Each one of them has heard my complaints and has adequately addressed them. Highly recommended! read more

We've been going here for years. Tony has built an incredibly caring, professional, and very special place. Dr. Alex is a wonderful practitioner - and every doctor I have seen is knowledgeable and excellent. Great online scheduling app and the front staff will also always work to get you help if needed. Wellness Revolution has made quite the difference in how I move through the world. To a person, they've been kind, attentive and thoughtful. In particular, I can't say enough good things about the care Dr. Dan has offered me. He's a great physical healer, a terrific listener, and a truly good guy. I also tried WR's massage service, and it was tremendously helpful and healing. read more

Dr. Kailee is wonderful. She is adept at a variety of modalities, very consciensious, and the office is very welcoming

Great doctors and a very well run business. So pleasant to go to even when you're not feeling well.

Dr. Nick is amazing doctor and he has supported my husband and I so much. We also love Candance and Seth because they are best massaage therapist. read more

Dr. Nick is helping my husband & I with our posture & back. He is very gentle & we feel so much better! Our posture is improving & we feel stronger & straighter! The office takes insurance & Medicare. We are very happy with the very helpful staff & doctor! read more

I've seen a number of doctors here! I've liked them all. Dr. Caley is the most thorough thus far. But I also really like Dr. Jerry. Over the years, the wellness revolution team has helped me with various ailments, starting with plantar fasciitis (Dr. Nick) ... But they've also helped my sleep. And Dr. Caley gave me some stretches that really improved my posture. Huge fan! Out of all the people I've tried those are my favorite, over the years there were two people I did not like because they were very rough... But you mustn't throw out the baby with the bath water. read more

Wellness Revolution's practitioners have kept me running and pain-free for several years. I can't say enough about how fantastic everyone has been at addressing whatever ache/pain I have been experiencing. The office staff is friendly and very communicative. They've even worked with me to understand how things are billed to my insurance. I've had my share of experiences with other chiropractors, but Wellness Revolution has been far and away the best. Dr. Kailee is beyond amazing! There are not enough words to express my appreciation of her for keeping me pain-free and running. read more

Lovely practitioner but I recommend looking elsewhere for more comprehensive care. Operates more like a "Minute Clinic"

I scheduled an appointment for my son who has received care at this site previously. It has been several years. I was not told that the first visit would be mostly an evaluation for a full price visit. We specifically asked for cupping services and were told that he could get both cupping and chiropractic care together. He did not receive any cupping and minimal chiropractic care at this visit due to needing to have this evaluation which I was not informed about. We will not be returning read more

I've been working with Dr.Monica. She's always on time, never has me waiting. She talks and walks me through everything that she's working on. Very clean ran operation, you can tell the employees are all happy to be a team. I always leave feeling better/more positive read more

I've been a patient of WellRev for as long as I can remember. Highly recommend Dr. Tony & his team of skilled chiropractors & massage therapists for all ongoing spinal wellness & prevention needs. I love Wellness Revolution! I currently see Dr. Tracy and she is fantastic. All of the front desk staff are so friendly. The whole organization functions really well, in my experience. What I find particularly helpful are the daily emails they send out, showing which doctors and massage therapists have openings that day, and you can either call, text or email them back to choose one of the appointments. That works really well for me since my main back issues have been resolved and I just come for maintenance, as needed. Thank you, Wellness Revolution! read more

I have a review up from 1/12/22 which I attempted to update but could not seem to do. So I will do this new one from scratch. I am keenly aware of the last three paragraphs in it, which are discretionary in nature, but if you set that aside (most of which is irrelevant now anyway), this facility is a MUST GO if you need any chiro or acupuncture care. Since that last review, I returned to TWR sometime late last year (though maybe it was early this year - a senior moment has arisen - LOL) once the facial diapering requirements from Gov. Putzker were rescinded. I did so after visiting an orthopedic doctor referred by my primary doctor who did his best to help my ailing right shoulder but in the end could not resolve it. Anyway, back to Dr. Sonja whom I was assigned to when I first came. What a first class person she is, not only in care and treatment but personable as well! She continued where she left off before I left and in every session was relentless in getting me back to where I should be. In addition to aggressively tackling my ailing lower back and right shoulder issues, she even helped do a little work on my cubital tunnel (not to be confused with carpal) in my right hand. This woman knows her stuff. Do not let her young appearance leave you hesitant whether she's got the stuff. She most certainly does. Seeing how I have progressed quite well throughout the year, I am finally currently in monthly maintenance mode. I have little difficulty now getting up off my bed or couch, something extraordinarily difficult not so very long ago. I am highly impressed with my care. The results speak for themselves. The treatments, be they needles, adjustments or anything else, they all work and work quite well. Highly pleased. So if you are someone with back, shoulder or other issues and are thinking of seeing an orthopedic doctor, come here first. If you do, you won't go to the ortho physician or other medical person you think will help you anyway. Chiropracty and acupuncture WORK! I am a living testament! Dr. Sonja has been nothing short of superb and $65 a session is damn well worth it for the results you get. I'm sure the other chiros working here are just as good, in fact, let's just say they are, given the accolades provided by other patients. So if you need a chiropractor or acupuncturist, go see Dr. Sonja or anyone here. I came here wretched and wrecked in back and shoulder agony but though it took time to get this stage, it was worth it. So if you need similar body work, get to one of these fine folks as soon as you can. Take my word. This stuff works. read more

Love this place. Excellent care and the friendliest of staff. They listen to YOU, about what YOUR body is telling you. They have a wide range of treatment options. It's the BEST! read more

Adjusted by Dr. Tracy. She is the best! And had an amazing massage by CC. I have been coming here for years and I love this practice. Fantastic staff. read more

Googled massage therapy in Evanston. Found the Wellness Revolution. I made a reservation for a massage therapy session based on the fact that the therapists were part of a chiropractic practice and likely had some high standards and that there was free parking. Paulina was great and the atmosphere was relaxing. While they don't advertise as providing a spa experience, I found that the massage therapy room was on par with any spa I have ever frequented for massage therapy. read more

Dr. Tracy is fantastic. It took me a while to find a chiropractor that really works for me. I'm thankful I found wellness revolution.

I had trusted this office to have integrity and be honest. After years of seeing them, I caught them in a web of lies toward me. This experience has made me ill. They smile to your face and lie behind your back. Think twice about this place. I see Tony is not accepting responsibility for the toxicity that has been served up toward me. Very disappointing. read more

Dr Jerry is fantastic! He fixed my pain immediately and gave me exercises to do at home to keep the muscles loose. Friendly and helpful office staff too. Love the massage chairs in waiting area :) read more

Tony really helped me to figure out what to do about my vertigo. It was gone by the time I saw him, but he sent me videos so that I can work on it on at home if it happens again. There is a special procedure they do if the typical exercises don't work so he's a good person to have in case you get that problem. read more

These folks are awesome! All one can ansk for - good service and great results!! Thanks Wellness Revolution read more

I started seeing Dr. Nick in the 13th week of my pregnancy. I was suffering from debilitating headaches as a result of extreme tension in my neck. I saw him multiple times a week as well as started receiving weekly massages from the AMAZING masseuses working at the office. They were incredible sessions - always accommodating for my growing pregnancy belly and effective in helping align and relieve the tensions from growing a human being! I was fortunate to have a really great and efficient delivery. I am convinced my aligned spine, hips, and relaxed muscles greatly benefitted by birthing experience. I have since resumed adjustments and massage appointments post-partum and I cannot recommend Wellness Revolution's services enough. I wish everyone could go in and benefit from their care. In addition, the staff at the front desk are the MOST helpful people there are. Always quick to look up appointment times and are never short or annoyed with you trying to make a schedule work. If you are on the fence about going here - DO IT! read more

I cannot say enough positive things about The Wellness Revolution! I've seen 2 different chiropractors and 3 different massage therapists. All amazing people and I love everyone at the front desk! read more

Wellness Revolution is an amazing care team. Dr Sonia and Dr Alex helped me recover from a car accident this summer. I've also gone for adjustments and massage to relieve tension headaches. They have the best chiropractors around I've been going here since I used to deliver mail here.

Dr Tony and his team are fantastic! Great for aches and pains. Very efficient with insurance. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Wellness Revolution for several years now for a sciatica issue. First seeing Dr Stacy, then Dr Nealy, and now Dr Tracy. They all have kept my body aligned and able to still do the sports I love. Also, the staff here is so accommodating for scheduling and occasional rescheduling. I have recommended them to several friends and teammates. read more

Wish all medical places where like the wellness revolution. Reached out to them and was able to get an appointment same week. Dr.Nealy was Aweosme, she was very informative and explain the exam and the actual procedure. My adjustment was painless and quick. Looking forward to my next appointment. Oh the front desk lady was nice and professional I didn't catch her name. I think that's worth mentioning:). read more

They are awesome! Front desk is knowledgeable and responsive, masseuses are incredible and chiropractors are so caring.

Late last year i had a hip issue. The kid of issue that caused SO much lower back and sciatica like pain that it took me 10 mins to slither out of bed in the morning. My husband had to put on my socks and get my pants started. My MD gave me Vicodin and muscle relaxers and I STILL had to wiggle out of bed in the morning. I started to research IBIJ spine doctors and PT facilities. Then i thought about maybe seeing a chiropractor. I wasn't convinced they could solve my issue but i was desperate to get any sort of relief. I called a few practices, left messages, tried to get some answers regarding insurance coverage... Then i called Wellness Revolution and spoke to Emma. In less than 10mins she was able to look up my insurance coverage and tell me exactly how much i would owe each session. She also booked me with Dr. Tracy Fleege which was the best luck ever. That same day i came in for a initial visit. Tracy looked over my intake form and told me directly "I'm confident i can help you." She didn't try to convince me i needed xrays or massage or dry needling (even though they offer these services). After the first session i didn't feel much better but i stuck with it twice a week for two weeks and you know what? Tracy did what all the meds and PT couldn't. I was walking, sitting and driving without pain. I was putting on my own socks with ease. I went from twice a week to weekly then biweekly and now i can feel when my hip is off and make an appointment. Additionally, all the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I'm always able to get in for an appointment and will forever be grateful they showed me a new integrative approach to medicine. read more

Had a massage today with Seth and it was great. He listened to my issues and explained clearly how he would address them. Staff is always friendly and courteous. I'll be back. read more

I saw Dr. Tracy at the Wellness Revolution for a spasmed back and some shoulder issues. She diagnosed the problems and worked her magic to loosen the muscles and help the shoulder issues. After 15 minutes it felt like I had a one hour massage. I'll go a few more times to "lock in" the benefits. I recommend giving her a try for muscle issues. read more
