The team here and the results are great. Significantly improved my spine alignment while correcting the neck too. My neck curvature was not normal in any way plus potentially dangerous long term. It led to nerve pain before I committed to the adjustment regimen. My spine was visibly off center with and without an X-ray. As well this led to numbness tingling in my feet jogging simple 5ks. It was bad to say the least. The adjustments provide great immediate results, relieving the spine of its inevitable buildup of tension. Long term the adjustment regimen the Doctors have in place for myself thus far have led to great X-ray results. My neck curvature is significantly more visibly normal and always progressing with positive results. My spine alignment is visibly not off center plus my hips feel good too. I've been committed to an adjustment regimen for a while now, so I only see/feel progress while on it. Obviously someday, if off the adjustment regimen long term, gravity might do its thing de-aligning improvements..however this is just a hypothesis Overall I highly recommend the Doctors and team here for improving people's wellbeing. read more

Everyone at Complete Chiropractic & Rehab is really friendly and professional. Dr. Nick Mendez takes time to listen and explain things clearly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The office has a nice, welcoming atmosphere and I always felt treated with respect. Definitely a good experience overall. read more

Dr. Mendez and his team have seen me through several car accidents, falls, and general back aches. I don't know what I would have done without their care. I stand taller, walk without pain, and always leave the office feeling better, with a smile on my face. read more

I've been here for two years. Every practitioner who has taken care of me is awesome, Dr. Simson is the best, and Dr. Mendez.

UPDATE REVIEW: I was able to get relief when I initially went for treatment but had to stop after a while since I moved. When I came back in the area and revisited to possibly join again, they acted as if they didn't know me! I guess since I stopped their services in the first place, they figured they didn't owe me customer service courtesy. I was looking forward to starting more treatment. I even had to pay out of pocket originally because I didn't have the insurance (and I always paid on time) But when I had insurance to go but their entire vibe was different. It's sad because some of my family used to go there and the customer service was off. I like to go where I'm appreciated and the place just wasn't for me. read more

I am internal medicine doctor and was very hesitant to try a chiropractor but I am so glad I did. I had back and shoulder pain for more than a year and I was taking lots of acetaminophen and naproxen with no relief. Try to do so physical therapy myself and some improvement. I restarted working out and my shoulder and back pain came back. I met Dr O in the mall and she gave me the referral to get my first session. I have been going there for more than 6 months and seeing Dr Nick Bournazos. I pretty much have no shoulder pain and my back is almost perfect. I can play tennis and do weights and feel amazing. This place is amazing and you will feel that they really care about you. Alicia, Dr O, Nick are great professionals. Highly recommend this place read more

Tried to reschedule an appointment because I cannot make it. That comes with a $25 surcharge. Did you say that when I initially scheduled? No. Did you send me paperwork when I made the appointment, about the clinical procedures and/or company policy? No. But you are telling me now, less than an hour before the appointment. To be fair, your reminder text message was also an hour before my appointment. read more

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS you want to pay thousands of dollars for unnecessary treatment. This place is not about healing you. They use a Groupon to get you in the door, don't do the adjustments that the Groupon said, scams you into thinking you need 39 visits, starts you at 16 visits, opens up a credit card right there in the office after showing you an X-ray that makes it sound like you desperately need them when you don't. They say Credit Care like they are doing you a favor. It's a MasterCard almost 30% interest after six months and charges you $975 the second visit without you knowing. They make you see them two days, first day for X-ray and second day for results. They refuse to give you the results the same day and their scare tactics make it out to sound like your dying. I went for Burning Mouth Syndrome, not back pain or neck pain. Went to a neurologist who my Primary Care Physician referred me to instead and was told from the chiropractor that I didn't need a neurologist. The medical doctors told me chiropractors that ask for money up front are all scams! He is all about the money! Don't get scammed by this place! read more

Complete chiropractic must've read my Yelp review about the X-rays because today I received them via email without having to dispute further. Thanks for sending me my X-rays and I'm sorry you wouldn't allow me to continue my massage therapy at your establishment, I was getting good progress and I'm disappointed to have to go find a new massage therapist read more

I went here about 5 years ago, just for normal wear and tear - nothing too crazy. I was told I would need to come 3x/wk for months. After a few months of this, I tried to politely ask if we could step down treatment. I was met with resistance by front desk girl and also the chiropractor there who is not Dr. Mendez. (I've tried blocking this nightmare experience out of my mind so I don't remember his name and interestingly they choose to hide him on their website.) I tried multiple times to discuss this with them, each time I was coerced into "no, you need to keep coming 3x/wk." I eventually had to resort to leaving a voicemail that I was done with them, as that was the only way they couldn't talk down at me and twist it. I never previously wrote a review because, after the whole situation, they left me feeling nervous to even write something publicly. I decided to write a review after hearing today from a girl who just started there, whom they told needs to start at 3x/wk for at least a handful of weeks. Let me also add that my physical therapist friend told me back then that 3x/wk of chiro services is something people who have endured car accident injuries or major injuries require, not normal wear and tear for which I was presenting. In my opinion, these guys could be up to some insurance waste ... good luck if you go here already and beware if you're looking ... read more

The best way to start your day is with an adjustment at Complete Chiropractic and Rehab! I've been to a lot of chiropractors and physical therapists over the years, and I'm extremely impressed with their efficient treatment model (in-and-out in about 20 minutes), professional staff, and effective team of doctors. Just take a look at these pics of my x-rays after 3 months of regular adjustments and see for yourself!! I love the way my neck feels after the traction exercises at the end of each appointment. OH! And get this!!! Recently I had been suffering from a sharp, intermittent pain in my shin (tibialis anterior) that was progressively getting stronger and more frequent over the course of 2 weeks. I finally told Dr. Nick about it, he took one look at my leg, adjusted my ankle, and I have not had ANY pain since!! I feel so fortunate that Complete Chiropractic is in-network with my insurance and my out-of-pocket responsibility is minimal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to improve your posture and overall well being. read more

Complete Chiropractic and Rehab - My neck is starting to get its natural curve back! Went from a 20° angle to 36° after 3 months of care (Dr. Nick says the goal is 45°) - Chiropractors Near Me - Evanston, Illinois

I was evaluated by one of the young assistants. She tried to tell me (after a short eval of my posture and palpation) that I had vertebral subluxation and that it would effect "all of [my] internal organs." Basically tried to scare me into another appointment. Additionally, I was talked at and not to throughout the appointment. read more

I have been coming here for about 2 months, I had lower back pain and headaches constantly, I can definitely see the difference. I don't have that many headaches anymore; and my lower back pain is very minimal compared what it use to be. Staff is very friendly, and appointments are quick. 10/10 read more

Phenomenal!!! After three months of excruciating lower back and hip/leg nerve pain, I knew it was time to seek help and get my life back. My mission was to find a chiropractor who was experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate, and as protective of my physical health and well-being as I was. Fortunate for me, I found two such chiropractors at Complete Chiropractic and Rehab...... Dr. Nick Mendez and Dr. Nick Bournazos. From the beginning, both have demonstrated acute awareness, insight, confidence and competence in diagnosis and treatment. After just one treatment, I felt so much better. After just a few, I felt amazing and virtually pain free! I got my life back! Also very impressive are Alicia and Taylor who greet and welcome each person by name as they walk in the door, manage the front desk with impeccable efficiency, and instruct patients in their exercises. From the moment you walk in the door until you are ready to leave, you know you are in "great hands". My mission in finding excellent chiropractic care has come to fruition, and my intention is to maintain overall body wellness by making Complete Chiropractic and Rehab a part of my lifelong optimal health agenda. That's how impressive this experience has been for me. If you're seeking chiropractic care, I highly recommend you look no further and call and make an appointment. I'm glad I did! After waking up with upper back pain,I googled for a chiropractor and found them on a groupon ad. I did the appointment excited that I'm going to fix my issue, they welcomed me well , did the x-ray and after that they told me that I have to come the next day to work on my pain. ( the appointment was at 2:30, they had plenty of time to help me relieve some of my pain , but I said maybe this is how they work ) The next day I was scheduled at 8 in the morning and after a half night of sleep with sharp pain that was radiating on my arm I was hopeful that they will do something about it , right? No they didn't! Instead I was told that my neck curvature looks like a 60 old person and I need a plan to address that, so I said ok , let's do it ! Then ,they came with the plan , and guess what ? 9800 $ ! I refused , because I have to do a research first and probably use a health insurance for that ( which I don't have now) so they presented me other options for less , and I asked politely if I can use my 4 adjustments that I already paid for and will talk about the other offers afterwards. The answer was yes but groupon is not covering lumbar and neck traction or spinal stretches and you have to pay for that ! WHAT? And for that you will have to pay 305 $ besides of your groupon! WTF??? I have left with the same pain that I came with - $$ that I paid on groupon! To be honest, the thing that annoyed me the most was that I felt being robbed! With my honest review I hope that maybe someone like me will take a better decision and not wasting his/her time . read more

The doctors require an assessment and likely X-ray to determine a treatment plan first. I've been treated here twice for 2 different issues and both times pain has been diminished and treated effectively. Its a simple clinic that is not intimidating or high powered/scary. The chiropractors on staff are competent, sensitive and have good people skills. read more

The staff here is amazing! They are so caring and the doctors are very knowledgeable. I suffered from headaches and soreness in my lower back and shoulders.
