We love this place. Go there in the mornings for coffee and a glow bowl. I get the warm granola bowl sometimes instead, which is also great.

The berry bowl is good. I had the toast and another bowl. The food is very bland. Way too expensive .

The ingredients were simple but fresh and tasty. You also get to choose from several kinds of bread which I think is from Cobs. The avocado toast was less special but still solid. They have an extensive menu with smoothies and coffees and also a little shopping area to the side.

Inside, one may order food and buy some knick knacks that are bohemian chic. There is also a clean washroom for one to use. I ordered a super bowl which was $17. The size was great, but I felt it lack some flavour and half the bowl was filled with quinoa. Not a big fan of it, I would have liked less quinoa. My partner had a veggie burger and he liked it. There was a spice kick to it. He wished it came with a side instead of paying additional for it. The following morning we returned to try their açai bowl for breakfast and it was delicious!! Frozen blueberries were provided instead of fresh berries. They could have used seasonal fruits. The crisp coconut pieces added a crunch to each bite. This dish, I would order again. They have a reward system if you sign up. Overall, a nice healthy place to stop by while one is up North enjoying some sports or a little get-away.

It is tiny inside, but they have an amazing patio that looks onto Main Street. The coffee was delicious. I worked at a coffee shop for 4 years, so I can be a bit picky about my cup of coffee. What can I say, I know what I like! I ordered a latte with steamed half and half cream (my go-to for a nice treat!). The milk was steamed perfectly and had just the right amount of foam. The espresso had wonderful flavor to it. Believe it or not, it is quite easy to burn espresso shots. Luckily, they have really great coffee beans here! I came here a few times while I was visiting and was sad that I wouldn't get to come back for a while! Overall, a really great coffee shop that has amazing coffee and small town charm.

I spent a lot of time enjoying the weather on the cafe patio because Bob & Jan, the owners of the cottage that I was renting (207 Third Ave S., Sauble Beach) kept coming by to check up on how I was doing so I couldn't relax. I don't want to say anything bad about the town because everyone was friendly to me, but these too I feel had trouble trusting me because I "wasn't a local".
