It is tiny inside, but they have an amazing patio that looks onto Main Street. The coffee was delicious. I worked at a coffee shop for 4 years, so I can be a bit picky about my cup of coffee. What can I say, I know what I like! I ordered a latte with steamed half and half cream (my go-to for a nice treat!). The milk was steamed perfectly and had just the right amount of foam. The espresso had wonderful flavor to it. Believe it or not, it is quite easy to burn espresso shots. Luckily, they have really great coffee beans here! I came here a few times while I was visiting and was sad that I wouldn't get to come back for a while! Overall, a really great coffee shop that has amazing coffee and small town charm.

What a gem to have this contemporary, warm, inviting gathering place. In the hour we spent relaxing and reading, we saw a group of bicycle riders from Owen Sound, several families, several single people, and two groups of 5+ seniors come in for lunch and coffee. How wonderful that the community finds Amici's a place to gather, relax and hang out. We did too. My husband and I had very tasty, perfectly prepared, beautiful mochas served piping hot in spacious mugs. Such a joy on an early fall day. We couldn't resist trying trying a sweet treat, which they said are partly prepared in-house with some arriving frozen and they bake. Both or chocolate croissant and apple turnover were great. The coffee and food served were up to the usual standards that I have come to expect from Tim Hortons, and I have no complaints in that regard. Another positive aspect was the ample parking space available at the store, making it convenient for customers to access. However, one aspect that stood out and influenced my rating was the cleanliness both inside and outside of the store. Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues that affected my overall impression. The outdoor garbage bin was visibly overflowing, and this not only created an unattractive appearance. Inside the store, I observed scattered napkins and other pieces of paper lying around, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area is crucial according to me for a pleasant and comfortable environment. I hope the management pays more attention to ensure a more positive dining experience for everyone. Apart from the cleanliness concerns, I also noticed a slight inconsistency in the level of service provided by the staff. The majority of the crew were friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They seemed eager to assist customers and were prompt in taking orders and serving food. However, there were a few staff members who appeared disinterested and were not as attentive to customer questions and requests. This inconsistency in service can have an impact on the overall customer experience and should be addressed to ensure a consistently positive interaction with every customer. Despite these areas for improvement, I did enjoy my time at Tim Hortons. The coffee and food were delicious, and the ample parking space was a definite advantage. Moreover, the majority of the crew's friendly and attentive service contributed positively to my visit. However, I hope that the management takes note of the cleanliness concerns and ensures that the indoor and outdoor areas are well-maintained at all times. Additionally, providing consistent and attentive customer service across the entire staff will undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience for customers. In conclusion, this location Tim's delivered on its promise of delicious coffee and food, making it a preferred destination for many who will travel on this route during peak seasons. While the store's convenient location with ample parking is a plus, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service consistency. Addressing these aspects will undoubtedly elevate the overall experience for customers, ensuring they enjoy both the food and the ambiance at Tim Hortons.
