I purchased an emergency kit, I thought it was a bit pricey, but I like it. My family came down with the stomach flu, I had the kit, took a 5 day regiment of Amoxicillion, and while everyone else was still sick, and had to goto the DR, I after three weeks, did not contract the flu. Saved by quick access to anti-biotics. The only thing I lost was money. I took DROP for a month and a half, and lost no weight. It did, however, cost me almost $1,000 I'll never see again. I reached out to the company requesting a refund and return instructions for my unused 2nd bottle and next steps regarding the best shipping method and return address. I was told they were "unable to accept a return, issue a refund." I was then asked to leave feedback, which I did, but they did not post my 1st 1-star review. I created a 2nd 1-star review and followed up with customer support to find out why it had not yet been included on their websites reviews. Their response was "We appreciate your follow-up regarding your review and understand your desire to see it posted externally on our website. At this time, we want to address your case internally first to ensure everything is handled with the appropriate care and attention. This allows our team to fully review the situation and provide you with the most accurate resolution before further steps are taken. What needs to be "addressed" as there is no possibility of refund? So not only did their product not help me, but they refused to post negative reviews that warn others about a product that may not work for them. The Wellness Elite Membership is advertised as an "all- access pass to better health," including:- Two free supplements each month- 15% off all products- Free generic prescriptions- Unlimited virtual care visits Unfortunately, my experience has not lived up to these promises. Problems with "Free" Supplements and Discounts Even though I was told I would receive two free supplements each month, I have only successfully used the free supplement code once. The promo codes given often don' t work during checkout. Worse, supplements kept being shipped monthly, but I was charged full price, and I didn' t receive the 15% member discount either. Auto- Ship Cancellation Difficulties I am enrolled in an auto- ship program for a product costing $ 499. 99. I' ve used it exactly as instructed for three months with no results. There' s no option on the website to cancel auto- ship, and my attempts to contact customer support have gone unanswered. Phone calls don' t resolve anything. The chatbot promises issues will be "escalated," but nothing ever happens. Telehealth Follow- Up Never Occurred I had one virtual care appointment that initially went well. However, the promised follow- up never happened. I was told I would receive:- Prescriptions for medications- Orders for lab tests Neither was ever provided. FSA/HSA Portal Issues The website claims to connect with an FSA/HSA service, but the link doesn' t work properly. The related site, wellnesspay. com, requires access to bank accounts, email, and Amazon accounts, yet it fails to fulfill its intended purpose. This raised serious concerns for me about how my personal information might be used. Final Thoughts I have spent thousands of dollars with this company on membership fees and product orders, yet many key membership benefits were either inaccessible or not honored. The lack of transparency, ineffective customer support, billing problems, and broken systems make this a service I cannot recommend. I ordered a medical kit to arrive before my wife and I started travelling. The Wellness Company physician was supposed to call within 48 hours. After 4 days...no call...and was told it would be another two days, Unacceptable. When I called to cancel I was told I could not cancel until the physician contacted me. After a telemed visit with a nurse, because I was allergic to one of the meds in the kit, it was not included. However there was no substitution and no reduction in price for 1 of the 8 meds being left out. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I ordered online, one kit, I then received an email that I needed to fill out a medical intake form in order to receie the kit. I said no way. So I did not complete the process. I not only was charged at the dicounted rate for 1 kit that I received, but another kit at the FULL $299 price in my husbands name! My husband does not order things like this online, he will only go through his doctor. I have been calling since 8/26/2025 & keep being told, my case will be escalated. This company is as shady as it comes. I ordered a supplement and literally hours after I tried to switch to a different one (order had not been shipped yet) and I was told it was shipped already.
