This is the most unprofessional group of poorly educated people that have converged at one place. I am using the word educated loosely. The crisis workers will not call you back and if you call at night you are waking them up. They mostly tell you to call back in the morning. I called over four times for the same employee in one day with no call back. Each time they assured me she was working remotely and she was going to call me. This never happened. I have called in crisis and requested an evaluation. They say someone will call you back to make the appointment but this never happens. This is a place waiting for a disaster to take place. At some point they will ignore someone in crisis who suicides. It is just a matter of time with this type of staff and no accountability. They have no social workers on site. A Zoom doctor, nurses and peer specialists. The requirement for peer specialist is being mentally ill yourself. No one there has a therapeutic degree of any kind. Remember, CCBC holds titles but not any type of formal education or licensure. Beware!

It took me several days of attempting to call and being placed on hold for 20-30 minutes before finally hanging up just to verify an appointment. Physicals are very quick and impersonal and it does not appear that records like past levels of cholesterol are kept. It's on the patient to monitor whether or not cholesterol levels are going up or down after getting them tested every year.
