Positive experience with both Dr Kroessler and Clinician Ed. at the Johnston office…read more Dr Kroessler didn't take things at face value. 1st doctor to start at beginning with fresh eyes and approach. Ed is very down to earth, caring, and helpful. I've fired a few psychiatry offices before, and I'm happy to say that this experience is worth keeping. I am getting the help I need at this time.

Might be the doctors are overworked and have not enough time for the patients. If you care about your health or your kids, don't bring them here. Was yelled at and belittled by a doctor here repeatedly since day one. Was told I could not get off of a medicine, when I brought it up, and I had also let him know I had consulted another provider who suggested it could be a good idea. Was yelled at, told no, and I realized then he didn't actually care about my health.

He's a wonderful balance of good listening and appropriate interruption to keep me from "going down the rabbit hole"; as well as acknowledging and honoring emotion and thought patterns, while providing methods for healthy redirection. I don't think I've ever left his office without carrying some form of physical materials to take with me, whether it's educational tools or self-reflection cards to keep in my wallet. Todd also has invaluable perspective for career coaching, with his prior experience working in various corporate settings. I continue to refer friends, family, and anyone who will listen; and I cannot recommend him highly enough here. If I could give 6 stars, I would. His treatment and his level of care are life-changing. Do yourself a favor and get yourself onto his schedule before the wait list is too long!

If able to give 0 that would have been my PERFECT AND HONEST review. This is a place that…read moresupposedly cares about others and praises mental health, well I do not think I have enough space and time to explain my horrible experience. From Judith Johnson, Ben Johnson to Lizzie Olmsted, it was just the worst experience and a very sad reality when I think about mental health providers. Horrible communication, problem for appointment, no assistance with provider/doctor/therapist......just a lot! I reached out to Judith (never heard from her) reached out to Ben j (more than once) and he did replied while after and "apologized" explaining how the clinic was working on "fixing communication" but it never got any better. No one ever called me even though I left MULTIPLE messages and the reply was an email from Lizzie that fixed nothing! I am sure not all providers are the same, but my experience was garbage and unacceptable. If you need counseling, struggling with mental health THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!! If the administration, office manager, CEO can not assist with something so simple...just reassures this is not a place that will think about anyones well being (knowing how important and delicate is when someone is struggling with mental health issues and reaches out for help). This is just another money making place that does not care about anything else, but their own financial growth! STAY AWAY BIANCA S MARTINEZ

Donna will go above and beyond to make you fee whole again. I never felt alone or uncomfortable . Donna was always just a phone call away !! I opened up without any hesitation to very personal issues and this was not the norm for me !! I felt understood, heard, safe, and not judged !! Donna gave me back my life with happiness and saved my marriage at the same time !!!!! I tell everyone about my experience with Donna because I feel if I can point someone in the right direction why should they suffer like I did before I met Donna !!!! I would recommend Donna without hesitation and have done so many times. She is the BEST !!! R.A.H. "1962"
