the outside of a restaurant at night

First time coming here on a Saturday and the amount of people walking to the building had me just about sold. Located near ODU, it has a parking lot of its own, but there's also quite a lot of parking nearby also. We got there around 1130pm and though there was line, we weren't standing outside for a crazy amount of time. PS: You WILL have to stand in line again if you leave, even if you have a wristband...don't embarrass yaself! Entry was only $8, which is a nice change from $10. Inside is amazing! They have a big glass wall that is the biggest attraction and multiple rooms throughout the club that play different music. There's even a pool table. What I like the most is the amount of seating available that's kind of close to the dance floor, but not too far that you feel left out. Biggest downer of this club is the amount of bartenders. Literally only saw about 5 total and it's a pretty good sized club. Definitely something they can invest in ASAP, especially being that they stay open until 3am on Saturdays. I enjoyed the music and the vibes, would definitely visit again!

This place was fun AFTER 11:30! That's when people started actually coming and dancing. The only reason they got 4 stars was because the drinks are hella expensive. I barely drank because they were so much. I got a tequila sunrise and a Roman coke and it was $22. That's insane for a club. But the DJ was on point in the main area. Also! It is COLD. Once I started dancing and moving I warmed up, but I was legit shivering at first.

I don't know if it's just because I'm from the west coast, but this place was scary!

Friday is indie night and the music selection is pretty great and current while still danceable.

We were served by Kylie (Kyleigh?) on the patio and she was fantastic. I was a server/bartender in Hampton roads for close to 10 years and she provided my family and I with the best service I have received in a restaurant in a long while. Please give her all the kudos and praise for being a talented server and all around awesome person. Thanks Kylie you capped off a great Saturday. Food and drinks were amazing as well.

Whether it's with friends or just the two of us, we've never been disappointed. Let's see how this visit went. We were immediately seated once we walked inside. It wasn't completely packed for a Saturday afternoon but staff was really busy with customers. The vibe was one that made us comfortable for the most part. After a few minutes of looking over the menu, we were ready to order. My selection was the Tavern Monte Cristo which consisted of chargrilled chicken and ham as the protein with Gouda cheese and cider aioli fried in a tempura batter with tavern fries. The meal was served hot and ready and tasted great. And having the cranberry coulis as a dipping sauce really added some taste. My only gripe with the sandwich was the amount of protein. I'm not sure if I ate most of it when we dined in, but when I ate the rest for dinner, it was more breading than anything else. Still good but they could've included more. Nonetheless, I was full. Good stuff as always from Park Lane Tavern :)

We loved the food at Repeal Bourbons and Burgers !…read more We started off with drinks which were yummy and delicious. I had the Plymouth Rock because I love Gin and it was refreshingly sweet. My husband had the Margarita on the Rocks which I was not a fan of. I did not like the mix they used to make thins drink. My son also tasted it and agreed with my opinion. The lettuce wraps were really good. My daughter in law and I both had the CALIFORNICATION burger, my husband had the CLASSIC burger, my son had the CAPONE Burger and everyone was really happy! All burgers were properly cooked and delicious. The fries were good, nothing special to write about. My husband had the fries with bacon dust and they were very sweet. He wasn't a fan but I thought they were delicious!

Sat in a booth inside since it was a little warm outside. Bomb MI was good. It had black garlic sesame aioli, kimchi, pork belly, sunny side egg, cucumber on a sesame seed bun. The Southside was alright. It is bombay gin, St. Germaine, Jack Rudy small-batch tonic, and soda. Would have given this place a 4/5 if not for the crappy service. The rude guy working the bar was neither friendly or pleasant. There were no napkins when food was served. I stood up and politely asked for some. I found some below the register and, since the guy was busy prepping drinks, I decided to get them myself. He then said, "okay do my job," which was unnecessary and rude. Though the other waiter was friendlier, service was overall bad.
