A technician showed up to my house unannounced, and never came at the time I discussed with the receptionist. I kept talking to the receptionist because the account manager never seemed to have time. A technician came to my house and set the filtration system to run every other week, instead of every other day. When culligan came to fix an issue, the system leaked, flooded my laundry and water got on my carpet which was 1 month old. Ludwigs culligan is a horrible service provider in the jackson area. Save yourself a headache and go with someone else.
