I asked the…read moreflorist to check what flowers they were currently using and she was so kind and checked the shop for their current selection. She asked what I preferred if any and we chatted on a few favorites. Very easy to speak with her and made the order a breeze! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and delivered as expected on a Saturday (we called before 11AM and she accommodated a same day order which was so appreciated). Grandma was thrilled and we all couldn't be happier. We live in Southern California and order flowers from afar for family in Petaluma fairly frequently for special occasions, and we will definitely order from Petal Town Flowers in the future. Thank you thank you for making this surprise a successful one!!

On August 19, 2026, I placed an order for a flower arrangement to be delivered on August 30, for a…read morecelebration of life. I spoke to Elizabeth on the phone. She was great, and helped me choose the flowers and the wording for a card. Delivery was scheduled for approx. 11:00am on August 30. I paid, in full, just over $200, at that time. On the day of the delivery, the flowers were not there. At 11:30am, I called and spoke to Elizabeth, and she said there was a mix up on their end, and that there was no way she could deliver the flowers that day. No warning, no contact letting me know. The service started at noon, so I was unable to make any last minute plans. I was beyond disappointed by this news. If I had known earlier, I could have made other arrangements. Elizabeth did refund my payment, in full, but that didn't help the fact that no flowers were delivered. I chose a Petaluma florist on purpose, trying to support the local business. But, I received nothing in return.

I had posted a question on a private Facebook group that I belong to asking if anyone knew of a…read morelocal Petaluma florist that did half casket sprays, that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg & would deliver to the cemetery on a Saturday as the websites I looked at for Petaluma florists either didn't provide them, only did large sprays, charged my entire bi-monthly paycheck, or were not open on Saturday's. Of course everyone kept mentioning one business but the way they would mention them made it seemed like they weren't really sure & I didn't have the time or patience to call every single florist. I did leave a message on the answering machine of Petaluma Floral before posting my question but it was after hours. Well Beth, who is the owner of Petaluma Floral, commented on my post that she could do it. But she took it a step further and posted a picture of one that she had just made & included her phone number. I called the next morning & she took the design she created for someone else and added yellow tulips as tulips were my brother's favorite flower plus I wanted yellow to light yellow since it was for his funeral. Let me tell you the price was right, and the arrangement & colors were exactly what I wanted! She was able to get me in her schedule since it only gave her 8 days to create it and she delivered them herself the morning of the funeral. Talk about excellent customer service!! I wish I would've gotten a better picture of this special arrangement but unfortunately the tent cast a shadow over them. They were beautiful! I highly recommend Beth & Petaluma Floral for any and all your floral needs!

Beth and the team have always put together beautiful arrangements for me and I appreciate how…read morecommunicative they've been on the day of delivery. I've ordered from Petaluma Floral multiple times over the course of about a year now for special occasions, and these have been consistently some of the best arrangements I've ordered in my life. Each one has been a little different, but still maintain the same general look/feel per my preferences. I may have been a little lucky, but the bouquets always seem to last longer in the vase than some of the flowers I get from grocery stores too. I've only ordered online, but as another reviewer mentions, I get the sense that this floral arrangement company caters to making arrangements for specific types of events. That is, when you order an arrangement on their website, you can input your preferences and the general look and feel you'd like out of your arrangement and they'll design the arrangement to spec. You can preorder in advance of the date you'd like them to deliver. They have mostly been on-time with their deliveries (you can specify if you have a preferred time frame of delivery on a specific day), but have been communicative with me if the flowers need to be delivered in a different time frame (e.g., when they're really busy trying to get out an order for a large event like a wedding). Note that their website specifies that they only deliver in Petaluma. Overall, I would highly recommend Petaluma Floral.

From start to finish, they were kind, intentional, personalized, and truly made an effort to make our day exactly as we envisioned it. We used their "a la carte" package, and this was by far the best fitting option for our wedding and I searched for something similar with DOZENS of other florists. I was so relieved to see this as an option, and the planning form made communication and design a breeze. When I mentioned to Daniele that I wanted to have my bridesmaids to make their own bouquets, she not only was excited about the idea, but she sent me a thorough email with links to the items I would need and a step-by-step tutorial to show my girls. This thoughtfulness was above and beyond and when Tali showed up with our flowers on our wedding day, they were so beautiful I started crying. Our friends and family are still raving about how beautiful the flowers were. If you choose Flower Casita for your wedding, you will not regret it!!!

What a wonderful lavender bee farm!!…read more I've visited much bigger lavender farms in Texas in the past. This farmer is not big by any means in comparison but it's so well maintained, charming, and so beautiful. They only open for about a month during lavender season in early summer. So pencil that in on your calendar to email or call b/c it's by appointment only. The tour is $15 per person and it's well worth it. The owners JoAnn and Rick gave a very informative tour of the property, lavender fields, bee-keeping, and the history of the farm. There are plenty of photo ops and you'll also get to meet Bob who is the master dog at the lavender bee farm. The best part of the tour is the tasting in the end IMO. JoAnn served us samples of local artisan cheese and fresh watermelon drizzled with lavender honey. OMG they tasted sooooo freaking fantastic!!! And how can I forget about that lavender lemonade. WOWZ!!! After the tour, you are free to explore on your own and/or buy honey and gifts from the small gift shop. I picked up a bottle of lavender honey for $18. I can't wait to return next year and take my parents there, too! Love love!!
