When we arrived, on time for our appointments, we walked through the barber shop to the tiny salon in the back. There was one person getting her hair blown out and no one else around so we just sat down to wait. After about 10 minutes the woman stopping blow drying to ask if we had appointments, we said we did. About 5 minutes after that she stopped again, looked at something on the table behind her and said we weren't on her books, maybe we were in the wrong place. When we told her we had spoken directly with Danielle, she said we could wait if we wanted, Danielle was out but would be back in five minutes. We waited over 5 minutes and then just decided to go somewhere else. We had an event this afternoon and couldn't just keep sitting around hoping someone might be able to squeeze us in. In all: the service was terrible, the actual salon was odd, and we won't be returning.
