I've worked with The WaitStaff Team on a number of different occasions over the past 5 years, and the service professionals Daniel has put me in touch with have always been top notch. The events that I plan are not the easiest, and I feel other staffing agencies would be daunted by the complex logistics and timelines that my unique and high-level events often require. Not the WaitStaff team, they show up on time and often before, they're ready to go, are pleasant and professional, and do all the scheduled tasks and more. Dan and the Waitstaff Team are great. We hired them for our wedding reception and cocktail hour. They had prompt communication, were very punctual, and flexible when it came to what staff we needed. Dan was able to always find staffing and change our contract depending on our needs. At one point, we required less staff and the team was very understanding and was able to accommodate. Here's our story: We were thinking of hiring a private bartender for our theme party, but didn't know where to turn! We had called around some very expensive, fancy mix-ologist type services that gave estimates around $1500 for a drink service for 50 people. We were bummed, $1500 seemed like a lot. Dan and the Waitstaff Team wet beyond our expectations. We needed staff to support us with a 1920's themed party and I can't praise them enough. From the time I met with Dan to review the event logistics to the details surrounding the staff and expectations everything was executed flawlessly. They were on time, followed instructions and allowed my husband and were finally able to relax and let them take over as we enjoyed the party in full swing. I was able to book them with less than 2 weeks to go and they came in and professionally took the weight off my shoulders. Daniel was extremely responsive and worked with me and my day of coordinator to ensure that all the pieces of the puzzle were in place. He and his team even worked with the wedding homebrew gifted by one of my friends in non-traditional soda kegs. I hired the waitstaff team for my wife's 40th Birthday party. We had two party helpers plate, pass and serve food and Cassiopeia was our bartender.
