Here's our story: We were thinking of hiring a private bartender for our theme party, but didn't know where to turn! We had called around some very expensive, fancy mix-ologist type services that gave estimates around $1500 for a drink service for 50 people. We were bummed, $1500 seemed like a lot. We just couldn't drop that much cash & feel okay about it. So we decided to try calling bartender schools, but no one returned our messages. Then a quick google search turned up The Waitstaff Team. The day of the party the Party Place dropped off the glasses that Dan had ordered. Then the server (Gerrin) arrived right on time & was friendly and professional! He set up his area and was ready to roll by party time. My guests enjoyed the drinks and it all went swimmingly! I was really pleased! I have never written a review before, but did not hesitate to do this for The Waitstaff Team. They provided services for my son's wedding this past weekend. I cannot say enough about their contributions to making this a special day for us. Daniel was so responsive and supportive in coordinating the staff and services delivered. This was a wedding in the woods, so logistics were a little challenging. His experience with all kinds of events and good, sound advice really took the stress away. The staff that came to the wedding were amazing. Shawn Andrea and Cassiopeia, were timely and worked soooo hard. They always knew what to do, with very little direction. They were very personable and everyone at the wedding enjoyed them so much. We wanted to include them in our party by the end of the night. We hired the Waitstaff team in a pinch after our wedding reception bartenders backed out. At first, we were admittedly taken aback by their costs (we only did beer and wine), but we were basically out of options. Dan was so friendly, courteous and flexible, which eased a lot of my last minute anxieties. For the night of our wedding, we had a lot of concern regarding guests drinking too much but Dan and the other bartender did a fabulous job of keeping tabs on guests and making sure no one over indulged. Daniel Birch and his team members really know how to put you at ease and manage your party so you can enjoy yourself, too! We had Daniel and a woman server at our family Thanksgiving and they made sure everyone had a fabulous time from serving cocktails and appetizers when they arrived, to dessert and coffee after clearing all the dinner dishes.
