As the months grew closer to our wedding date, my husband and I thought it would be a good idea to ask for Jenny's help. My flower lady forgot some accents for my bouquets and Jenny took care of it right away and everything was how I wanted by the time the ceremony started! If anything else happened, she took care of it and made my day seem so flawless. I'm so thankful for her and if you're having second thoughts on a planner, Jenny will not disappoint! Do it! :)

She was with us every step of the way.....bringing creative ideas, recommending vendors who could best provide what my daughter wanted, managing the budget and plan to ensure we were making the best decisions. Most importantly, the wedding was spectacular! Whitney took care of everything and ensured it exceeded all expectations....DJ, catering, floral, lighting, linens, ceremony.....all were terrific. My daughter was over the moon and many guests talked about it being the best they had ever attended. Much of that credit goes to Whitney.....and she is a joy to work with. Having engaged Whitney from overseas, and having the added logistical complication of attempting to plan and coordinate the component wedding events via email, it's insufficient to say that Whitney managed to produce what turned out to be the perfect wedding. All involved parties - and there were a LOT of us - were calmly managed by Whitney and because of that, we knew our roles to a "T". I don't know what her services cost but whatever they run, I've got to believe that they're worth it. For an event of this importance in your life, you can't go wrong working with Whitney.

We live out of state and didn't have context on the local wedding scene. Our venue also provided very little - we had to bring in generators, tents, furniture, etc. We are the type of clients that wanted to explore all options and vendors in the ecosystem. Our only regret is that we didn't trust Katy's guidance 100% of the time early on, because it turned out she was always right. She has excellent relationships with all the vendors and will get you great rates and service, while making sure the wedding is personalized, creative, and unique to the couple. We unexpectedly had to change venues for our rehearsal dinner 5 days before the event due to covid, and she managed it all with ease, securing new decor, transportation etc, always staying on top of the smallest details. Despite the crazy times, she maintained a positive attitude and kept us as calm as possible. Bridal Bliss also uses Rock Paper Coin, which makes payment tracking and vendor management easy. We simply could not have done it without Katy and Bridal Bliss. They are worth every penny and more. We would be happy to be a reference for any prospective clients.

Knowing that this was going to be one of the most important days in our lives, we did a lot of homework and interviewed several planners. In addition to experience and strong references, the single most important factor to us was chemistry. Warm and genuinely caring, we connected with Carisa from the start and knew we didn't want to entrust our wedding to anyone else. The other factors we considered: 1) clear, reliable communication skills - including the ability to listen and really understand our vision and intention for the event; 2) strong organizational skills and follow-through; 3) established relationships with the best vendors; 4) clear design inspiration and passion; and 5) a game-day MVP who calmly directs the show behind the scenes and makes everything run smoothly. Carisa delivered on every criteria, and, in fact, exceeded our high expectations. It has now been over a year since our special day, and we still get compliments from our guests who tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to! The whole experience was truly joyous and magical, and Carisa and the entire Adornment Events team were essential in making our dream a reality. The financial investment in hiring Carisa and her A-team to seamlessly orchestrate our big day was worth every penny, and we could not have done it without them.
