We asked what was our servers favorite choice from the menu was and also if the specialty pizzas could be made into a calzone. The favorite item is the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and yes, we were able to make a BBQ chicken calzone. So we ordered the chicken, bacon ranch sandwich with homemade chips, bbq chicken calzone and our son had the Buffalo Chicken Ranch calzone and a soda The food presentation was fantastic and truly looked delicious. I didn't think the sandwich was something I'd get again. It really didn't have much flavor, as if the chicken wasn't seasoned. Had it been the sandwich may be better. The BBQ chicken calzone though. That was absolutely delicious and when we arrived home we heated that up in the air frier and it was just a delicious. I do recommend check out Sloan's Calzones if your are ever in the area. I don't believe it strictly because of how absolutely baffled I am by his lack of decorum, his attitude, and the fact he went round and round blaming me for something that I don't know. The person who ordered has now been blocked from the website to order in the future. While we don't remember everything said I'd like to add that I am very rarely rude to workers, because I am a part time service employee and KNOW how hard it is. From jump, Jim was rude and condescending while trying to also tell me that he was "trying to make the customer happy"

We chose to get it to go because it felt pretty lonely to be honest. It's about $12 for a medium, which is pretty okay for what you get. We got the Veggie Pizza. Better than expected. Toppings include black olives, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. For sure it's one of the many places to get pizza around here. It's located on Water Street close to Pershing. They have pretty limited hours with them only being open a few hours on Saturdays and being closed on Sundays, which is crazy, because the busiest times for pizza is weekends.

We thought it was a great place and really nice people worked there even people that cared, we were very wrong. As most of you know I was in an accident last Sunday, when on my way home. I was planning to pick up a pizza once I got into South Shores for little man on my way. After calling 911, my husband and daughter, I asked Krista to call Lulu's and cancel order since I was just in an accident and couldn't make it and she didn't have a car seat for Kylan so I knew she couldn't go get it either. When she called, she was told by the manager Jeff, that the pizza was already finished and waiting and if we weren't going to come get it, then we would be put on a list and no longer be able to call in orders for a pizza. I was floored by this establishments lack of compassion and empathy. Needless to say my daughter ever the worrier, dug and old car seat out of the garage and went and picked up the pizza, she didn't want LuLu's to think we were deadbeats or miss out on their $13.00, since that was their main concern. After leaving the hospital and hearing what my daughter had to do, I called LuLu's and apologized about everything and was met with callous rudeness about the situation. I'm writing this in hopes that some of you will share this and think twice about buying anything from an establishment that cares so little about a member of their own community.
