From there, it was constant delays and mistakes: * Wrong camera part ordered (twice) * Multiple appointments where nothing was fixed * Weeks of waiting with no resolution Now, after all of this, they're telling me my warranty expired, so I have to pay out of pocket--even though I brought the phone in back in January and they had three months to fix it. At one point they said they'd fix it as a courtesy, but when I came in on April 26th, they refused unless I paid. This wasn't my fault--I followed their process every step of the way. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated errors made this one of the worst service experiences I've had. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Not really sure what the negative reviews here are about. Some things like back orders and software glitches are beyond their control. They're pretty clear with me before I leave the store that they'll let me know when the part comes in. Great service, friendly guys to work with. And the TVLand reruns are a great feature in the store.
