The programs are an hour long and I have been listening to them when I am cleaning or driving. I have a lot of gut health issues which they address and it is very helpful for me. I stopped in for the raw probiotics that I have switched to. I used to buy probiotics off the shelf in a store but since I have been using the Raw Probiotics which is refrigerated, I have noticed that it works a lot better. At checkout I signed up for their emails that give coupons and specials and lets you know about the latest radio show. For signing up I received 20 percent off my probiotics making them cheaper than the last time I bought them somewhere else. I am interested in the life extension products and plan on listening to the show about them. The older I get, the more I want to learn about diet and nutrition. The girl who helped me was very peppy but in a "waiting for you to stop talking so she can talk" sort of way (like not really listening- and she talked crap to me about the previous customer, lord knows what she said about me, haha). She was nice enough to give me some samples, which the CBD for muscle pain actually worked. Luckily I know my stuff with CBD so didn't have much to ask. Unfortunately their stuff is laced with tons of crazy chemicals and is only water soluble (the kind I order is just MCT oil and cold pressed hemp which tastes fine enough on its own- no chaser haha). I got the hemp flavored to try to cut down on the chemicals, but it still tasted like drinking tons of alcohol, yuck. I can't say whether it worked or not, probably, I take it with a plethora of other things to help with sleep. I was also told if I gave my phone number I'd get texted deals but so far have gotten 0.
