From the first phone call, their team was friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. One of the best parts? They actually answer the phone quickly--usually by the second ring--and you speak to a real person, not an automated system. That personal touch really sets them apart. While they don't have an app, they do offer text message alerts when your prescription is ready. It may feel a bit old school, but honestly, the human interaction more than makes up for it. They've also been great to work with on the insurance side, which has made everything smooth and affordable for us. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and never overly crowded. The cashiers are consistently friendly, and overall, we're just really happy we found this pharmacy. Highly recommend!
