This was my first time visiting The Vitamin Shoppe, and I have to say, I was really impressed. I've…read morerecently started focusing more on my health, and finding places where I can explore different supplements and snacks without committing to a whole box has been such a struggle. That's why I was so excited here -- they had so many options available individually, like Alani drinks and the Built Puff bars. It was fun being able to pick out a variety and try them one by one instead of having to guess which ones I'd like. The overall selection was great, and I felt like I could take my time browsing without being rushed. I also signed up for their rewards program since I know I'll definitely be back. For anyone else on a health or fitness journey, this is such a great spot to discover new protein and nutrition products without breaking the bank or ending up with a box of something you don't like. I'm already looking forward to going back to try more items and see what else they have in stock.

The store is quite large, but it has clear signage of where everything should be. I thought the prices were in line with other places where I have previously purchased vitamins. My only small complaint: some of the vitamins are not in alphabetical order. Other than that minor detail, this "shoppe" is just find for your (or at least my) vitamin needs.

Is there a manager currently overseeing this location? On several occasions, I've driven out of my way to the Columbia store simply because I know they will have what I need, and I prefer their spacious dining area. I love that location!

I have shopped at this Whole Foods in the past and was looking forward to some premium fruits and an excellent salad bar. But, I was severely disappointed. The store was lacking in their deli and salad bar sections. There was no havarti cheese without dill. The turkey breast had some discoloration. The person working there assured me it was just from the air, but who wants to buy deli, that has some green tinges. : 0 The salad bar looked like it had not been refilled in days. The hummus, much like the turkey had some discoloration. I didn't take any chances on the salad bar. But, on to the good news. They did have plums and nectarines, but you are paying a premium price. The checkout attendant was very sweet and helpful. She even held my order, when I ran out to my car, to get my phone. I needed to scan the Prime code marker. The bakery had scrumptious baked goods. I treated myself to a bagel and a sugar cookie. I also picked up a loaf of bread, which was delicious. The store needs a lot of attention in the deli and salad bar areas. But, the fruit and vegetable area was pristine and well stocked. I don't know what happened to this store. I hope this Whole Foods Market makes some much needed changes.

I truly believe she has saved me years of suffering from future health problems. Elsa and her team are there to help you heal, not troubleshoot with endless tests and prescriptions that damage health. To be honest, I was skeptical every step, and every time she was proven right with her observations. When I came in, I took several tests with her. From the Organic Acids Test (OAT) she told me I had a bacteria/fungus issue in my gut and that my liver was struggling to process toxins. We started a protocol but I started feeling worse so I went to a gastroenterologist to verify what I was doing. Another $300 worth of tests at the doctor simply proved that I had Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO) and the beginnings of fatty liver. I was shocked and so grateful to Elsa for recognizing this first and helping me treat it. I am also using her protocol to help fight the HPV that is connected to cervical cancer (HPV 16/18). I had a procedure to remove precancerous cells a couple of years ago and I am still worried each time I have to go for a pap smear. Also, some how (I'm still shocked) Elsa and Melvin were able to help me kick my caffeine habit. I'm so grateful! While I continue my healing journey, she has been spot on each step along the way and I couldn't be more grateful for her knowledge and support. If you have noticed ailments and are tired of seeing a prescription pad taken out each time you talk to a doctor, talk to Elsa and see what she can do. Don't get me wrong, I also love that she isn't afraid to recommend a prescription if it is necessary--and she has for me--but I like that it isn't the only tool in her toolkit for health. I wish all of American medicine looked like this. Good luck on your healing journey!
