This bike shop is absolutely stellar. My wife and I have frequented another bike shop for years but…read morethey didn't carry any bike models for our particular use case within our narrow price point. I was calling around to other shops to see what offerings were available and I was surprised to see this shop listed so close to us because I had never seen it before (they have no sign on the shop, it is just painted on the windows). One of the owners, Chad, answered my call and talked to me about some options I might consider. He was very kind and took several minutes answering my questions. When we visited the shop, we were able to continue our conversation right where we left off. Chad spent a great amount of time talking through specifics and asking a lot of questions about our use cases. We talked about places we ride locally and places we ride when we travel. He would always ask how much detail we wanted in answers to questions and would very patiently break down every facet on every bike we asked about with no signs of hurry or being rushed. When we finally settled on a model, they didn't have any on hand but they ordered them for us on a reasonable down payment. I also want to highlight the fact that he was perfectly fine with us thinking on it and coming back, there was no pressure to purchase that day. When the bikes came in, we scheduled a time for a fitting. Sarah, the other owner, took time adjusting every bit of the bike fit to our exact specs and Chad spent a great deal of time working on our suspension while also talking us through how to make adjustments on our own. Their attention to detail was incredible and they even took time to cut handlebars and find a more suitable saddle for my wife during her fitting. On our first outing on the new bikes, I made a silly mistake and kinked my dropper post cable. When I brought it back to the shop the next day, the mechanic Andrew dropped what he was doing and fixed it while I was there. Every interaction with the staff here has been amazing. They are genuinely good humans who love bikes and care about their customers. I cannot recommend them enough.

This commitment to your safety means we provide direct, honest assessments of every repair. Why We Value Honesty Over Quick Fixes Sometimes, our expertise leads to a "blunt" reality check. If you come in for a new tube but your tire is dry-rotted and cracked, we won't simply sell you the tube and watch it fail a mile down the road. Safety First: We will always recommend the repair that actually solves the root cause. Expert Integrity: To us, letting a bike leave in an unsafe condition is simply bad business. Quality Assured: We would rather be honest about a necessary part than watch a customer face a preventable breakdown. We appreciate riders who value technical mastery and straight talk. From the moment I…read morereached out with questions before our trip, the team was super responsive and helpful, making it easy to book and reserve everything ahead of time. We rented two Marin Sausalito E1 e-bikes and they were perfect for cruising around the city. The bikes had smooth pedal assist that made our 36-mile ride feel effortless, especially with Tulsa's mix of river trails and city streets. We even brought our own seats for extra comfort and the staff had no problem mounting them for us. They also provided locks, front and rear lights for night riding, and chargers so we could juice up the batteries overnight. When we arrived to pick up the bikes, we actually bumped into Tom (yes, the Tom!) heading out at the same time. He ended up riding with us along part of the RiverParks Trail and gave us some amazing local tips--including a few great restaurant recommendations and cool stops to check out along the way. This shop gets five stars from us. The bikes were top-notch, the service was outstanding, and the entire rental experience was smooth from start to finish. If you're ever in Tulsa and want a fun, easy way to see the city, I highly recommend renting from Tom's Bicycles!
