I am working on a '70s era three wheel bike. Cooper's has helped through every step of the process. I am grateful for their friendly help.

This bike shop is absolutely stellar. My wife and I have frequented another bike shop for years but…read morethey didn't carry any bike models for our particular use case within our narrow price point. I was calling around to other shops to see what offerings were available and I was surprised to see this shop listed so close to us because I had never seen it before (they have no sign on the shop, it is just painted on the windows). One of the owners, Chad, answered my call and talked to me about some options I might consider. He was very kind and took several minutes answering my questions. When we visited the shop, we were able to continue our conversation right where we left off. Chad spent a great amount of time talking through specifics and asking a lot of questions about our use cases. We talked about places we ride locally and places we ride when we travel. He would always ask how much detail we wanted in answers to questions and would very patiently break down every facet on every bike we asked about with no signs of hurry or being rushed. When we finally settled on a model, they didn't have any on hand but they ordered them for us on a reasonable down payment. I also want to highlight the fact that he was perfectly fine with us thinking on it and coming back, there was no pressure to purchase that day. When the bikes came in, we scheduled a time for a fitting. Sarah, the other owner, took time adjusting every bit of the bike fit to our exact specs and Chad spent a great deal of time working on our suspension while also talking us through how to make adjustments on our own. Their attention to detail was incredible and they even took time to cut handlebars and find a more suitable saddle for my wife during her fitting. On our first outing on the new bikes, I made a silly mistake and kinked my dropper post cable. When I brought it back to the shop the next day, the mechanic Andrew dropped what he was doing and fixed it while I was there. Every interaction with the staff here has been amazing. They are genuinely good humans who love bikes and care about their customers. I cannot recommend them enough.

They were able to use the existing break line for the repair, saving me from having to buy a new line, and had it back to me the next business day. When I got my bike back, it was spotless. Not only did they fix my issue, they cleaned and maintained my bike free of charge. That's all great, but my favorite thing about the shop is the atmosphere. The workers always seem enthusiastic about answering my cycling questions, regardless of whether I end up buying something or not. I truly cannot recommend Neighborhood Bicycles enough!!

The tour is not strenuous, as long as you can ride a bike you can do this, and it was a great way to experience FIVE unique breweries. My only regret is that I did not take any photos of the fun! I used their bike on the history tour but brought my bike on the Halloween/Haunted House tour Their bikes are a great and comfy hybrid style with lights and bells; all of the needed safety items. They also offered helmets if you don't bring your own. As a cyclist I totally recommend some light fingerless gloves in case of a fall, because sometimes falls happen... even when stationary Their knowledge of edificial architecture and history with the State's growth and economy during the formative years was impressive. I really enjoyed the format with riding and listening to music, chatting with other bikers, and interacting with other -estrians and motorists The halloween/haunted house tour was so fun. The weather was so beautiful this night. It wasn't a typical end of October night where it's usually super cold or the first freeze for the end of the year. The tour guide knew all of the spooky stories. Oklahoma unfortunately has a sordid history with its establishment and economic development, so I am sure there are many stories that can be added to this event as the years go on and stories come to light I look forward to a brewery tour and other riding events, but I think this is a great activity for anyone and undoubtedly so for a group

I spent several weeks trying to determine what model I want to buy I was looking for a high and four-wheel-drive ATV I mentioned multiple times that I always hated buying new because I left the lot and felt like I had been taken advantage of. They didn't have exactly what I wanted but after talking to his manager, We decided on a model and he gave me a 'good deal' because they didn't have exactly what I wanted. Bought the unit and had it loaded. I then remembered that I forgot to ask about the online discounts that Honda was offering. Found out that that was part of the good deal that I got. So he really didn't give me a discount he just applied the discount that I would get it anyway. I attempted to return the unit and got quite a bit of pushback. He wanted to make up for it he wanted to give me a better deal he wanted to give me a winch. I explained that he had his chance and I told him upfront that I did not like being taken advantage of. After threatening to sue they finally agreed to turn up the contract and take the unit back. I promptly went to the Polaris dealer and bought a unit from them and am very happy that I did so. Their team and owners have been great
