When I asked what the issue was and what all parts needed to be replaced all he said was, " I dug it up, found the leak and fixed it." Cool- like can you be more specific since i told you where the leak was? Then his crappy attitude came back out so I just left it alone. I asked for the receipt and for him to write down the issue on the receipt - legit writes down the same thing.. and this is where it gets good- CHARGES ME 5 dollars for the receipt?! What the heck?! I felt like I was being scammed for the service so of course I wanted the receipt so I paid for the receipt. Wild, I know. But anywho- don't use the Waterloo location. Crappy service, disrespectful, and will scam you.
