I was calling around to other shops to see what offerings were available and I was surprised to see this shop listed so close to us because I had never seen it before (they have no sign on the shop, it is just painted on the windows). One of the owners, Chad, answered my call and talked to me about some options I might consider. He was very kind and took several minutes answering my questions. When we visited the shop, we were able to continue our conversation right where we left off. Chad spent a great amount of time talking through specifics and asking a lot of questions about our use cases. We talked about places we ride locally and places we ride when we travel. He would always ask how much detail we wanted in answers to questions and would very patiently break down every facet on every bike we asked about with no signs of hurry or being rushed. When we finally settled on a model, they didn't have any on hand but they ordered them for us on a reasonable down payment. I also want to highlight the fact that he was perfectly fine with us thinking on it and coming back, there was no pressure to purchase that day. When the bikes came in, we scheduled a time for a fitting. Sarah, the other owner, took time adjusting every bit of the bike fit to our exact specs and Chad spent a great deal of time working on our suspension while also talking us through how to make adjustments on our own. Their attention to detail was incredible and they even took time to cut handlebars and find a more suitable saddle for my wife during her fitting. On our first outing on the new bikes, I made a silly mistake and kinked my dropper post cable. When I brought it back to the shop the next day, the mechanic Andrew dropped what he was doing and fixed it while I was there. Every interaction with the staff here has been amazing. I spent several weeks trying to determine what model I want to buy I was looking for a high and four-wheel-drive ATV I mentioned multiple times that I always hated buying new because I left the lot and felt like I had been taken advantage of. They didn't have exactly what I wanted but after talking to his manager, We decided on a model and he gave me a 'good deal' because they didn't have exactly what I wanted. Bought the unit and had it loaded. I then remembered that I forgot to ask about the online discounts that Honda was offering. Found out that that was part of the good deal that I got. So he really didn't give me a discount he just applied the discount that I would get it anyway. I attempted to return the unit and got quite a bit of pushback. He wanted to make up for it he wanted to give me a better deal he wanted to give me a winch. I explained that he had his chance and I told him upfront that I did not like being taken advantage of. After threatening to sue they finally agreed to turn up the contract and take the unit back. I promptly went to the Polaris dealer and bought a unit from them and am very happy that I did so. It's been great, but holy cow, fixing it is not easy in a small town…read more We took it to the Yamaha place on 6th to get the tires changed, and it cost $200 and took two weeks. So when he wrecked the scooter and needed a new side signal, the horn fixed, and new brakes, we were terrified of the cost. A friend recommended this place, and even though they don't usually work on Yamahas, they did the work. They finished three days after the parts came in and 25% under the estimated cost! The mechanic was great about explaining what was done. We will always go here for maintenance in the future.
