I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism from a business in many many years. I ordered some merchandise by the request of my granddaughter for the track team she was on. I was given a link and she sent me screenshots of what she wanted, upon placing the order I was prompted to put in a shipping address, so explain how I would know that the shipping would go to the school or directly to the coach. I sent multiple emails to this business based on the email confirmation of my order and the receipt for additional questions. So you call the business and get berated by whomever answers the phone. They are the worst in customer service.

Good quality and clean print (a couple weeks earlier I ordered shirts, from an online store, with a logo printed on the back and it bled through to the front leaving a reversed ghost logo... sure, we got replacement shirts, but it was a week after the event we needed them for -- disappointed, at least); our Fast Stitch prints were crisp and clean -- great job! I'm still fairly unfamiliar with the Oklahoma City area, so I don't know where to go locally to get what I need here yet. Every online shirt printer I tried simply said my requested timeline couldn't be met -- Fast Stitch DID the un-doable and did it with a smile and a true helping hand, this was a great reminder to buy local first and NOW I have my local shirt printer for life! (I'm reaching out to them today about a new shirt request -- this is my now my go-to, one-stop shop!)
