They needed a fuel pump so they had me order it and send it to them for over $300. They finally called and said they couldn't figure it out that we would have to take it to a dealer. I told them we couldn't pick it up that day because my husband was working out of town, they said no problem just let them know in advance so they could get it out. It was about a month and I called to tell them we could come pick it up. They informed us that they had sold it the prior week for $300. They had our four wheeler for over 9 months but couldn't give me a month to pick it up. There reason was they have a sign on the door saying things have to be picked up within a certain time. When I dropped it off they came out and got it so I never went in or by the door to see any sign, I never signed anything saying this was told to me so we will see what the judge says. STAY AWAY!!

Put them on my bike the next day left fork seal was leaking. Called and he tried blaming my forksbut offered to look at it. Took it off drove back down there, I called oncea week he hadn't ordered parts and still didn't want to take responsibility. Almost 6 weeks after dropping the fork off he still hadn't ordered parts. We went back and forth on the phone and I told him I would come get it. Picked up my fork and when I got home noticed my right fork was also leaking. So $460 I an back where I start and have to pay someone else to do a job I done paid for.

So when he wrecked the scooter and needed a new side signal, the horn fixed, and new brakes, we were terrified of the cost. A friend recommended this place, and even though they don't usually work on Yamahas, they did the work. They finished three days after the parts came in and 25% under the estimated cost! The mechanic was great about explaining what was done. We will always go here for maintenance in the future.
