Everyone was extremely friendly and what I assume was the owner gave me some excellent suggestions about servicing my side by side. I then mentioned side rear view mirrors and said I had bought some Seizmiks when I purchased mine two months ago but that they had broken at the swivel joint. He told me they were of good reputation and suggested I call the company and even opened a box he had in stock and made copies of the paperwork with the part number and phone number. While the service department crew, the finance guy who took our check, and the delivery guy were all rock solid--truly five-star individuals--the sales team was a different story. It turns out that unless the inventory is inside the showroom, it's stored out back in the open without any cover, and some vehicles even lack roofs. Who knows how long they've been sitting outside getting soaked. As someone who takes excellent care of their equipment, I was shocked by this lack of care. When we arrived, we were shown a machine that looked wrecked and were told it was likely being used for parts. We insisted we did NOT want that machine and were assured they had another one in inventory. However, after paying the full purchase price upfront, we were sent a picture of our machine in progress. To our dismay, it was the same one we had specifically declined. We were then told that the other machine had been "transferred to another store." Conveniently, the machine we saw outside was now being "cleaned up" and getting a light bar installed. Upon delivery, we found a couple of rust spots on the frame and noticed that they had used an absurd amount of Armor All to cover any signs of wear. If they had thought to replace the soaked manuals in the glove box, they might have succeeded in covering up the truth. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. Buyer beware.

He did his time but wanted a sport bike. Every other major player in the metro blew him off. One even went so far as to tell him he couldn't order a bike until he found what he wanted elsewhere. Then they could suddenly have it in two days. Wow! Ajax/Sooner didn't treat him the same as their counterparts at the big name dealers. They were very patient and happy to help him find the bike he loved. Then, they went even further and sold him a bike with no drama and no bullshit. He loves his new Z.

Took them in for repairs and was charged over $200 for the repairs. Get them home, an hour drive, for them to not stay started and the other won't even start. Called them to tell them and they said they're repair shop is closed until after the first of the year So if you're thinking of getting a gift for your kid for XMAS, think again. It's weird that 2 different CC's bought totally separate in times, both don't work!! You'll get charged for their POS to get fixed!
