Her personality is amazing and her professionalism beyond words. Arlene dots her "i's" and crosses her "t's". The first time home buying experience is a stressful one but her years of experience made this a breeze. She is a great communicator and tells it like it is because she is only looking at the best interest for you. There was no stone unturned and with her finesse and knowledge, we became home owners. I would hands down recommend Arlene to buy or sell any home. You can't get any better than Arlene! You can feel safe in her care and know that she has your back all the way. If you want a trusting, honest, confident real estate agent, Arlene Shaffer is the best of the best out there. If you are looking to sell or buy a home do not walk, RUN to her she will take care of you. We 1000% recommend Arlene to everyone. So what are you waiting for?

The staff at Century 21 Princeton Properties could not have been any better, it was overall a great experience. The agent did not even mind when I tagged along to look at ALL the houses (and we saw a bunch). I was very impressed with the enitire office and really felt like they were listening to the input and adjusting the houses to find "the one". The agent was always looking out for thier best interest and I was impressed with the selection and styles of homes. She did not waste time by showing houses way out of the price range or anything that did not meet the "must haves" on thier checklist. After a few months of looking finally found the perfect house, the agent even reccomended a great lawyer and mortgage broker who made life much easier for them. I am planning on selling in the next year and will be using this brokerage. If you are in the market, selling or buying, I fully reccomend Century 21 Princeton Properties. You will not be dissapointed!!

This is an ok place to live. It's very expensive and in my opinion overpriced. The management and…read moremaintenance staff are pretty diligent. The amenities are nice sans pandemic. My main complaint about this place is the NOISE! From besides a busy subway line in Queens to besides the BQE in Brooklyn I've lived in some pretty noisy places. This is the loudest place I have ever lived. Each day starts promptly at 9 with a garbage truck making as much noise as it possibly can. That lasts for 30 minutes to an house. The fire house sounds it's alarm everyday at 12 and then multiple other times throughout the day. It's loud as can be and seriously the loudest fire alarm I've ever heard. Excessively loud. And then I gotta hand it to the Patchogue fire department for their enthusiasm. They are blaring those horns and sirens like a little kid with his toy fire truck Christmas morning whether they need to or not. On the other side of the building you get the drunks doing their thing. I do like living here and the staff is the best but the noise is absolutely killer.

Packages we had delivered were consistently turned back for wrong addresses or left on the busy main st quite often. Leasing office and all employees were fantastic. I have nothing against them. However...the fire alarm in my building went off at least once a month for the last 6 months, and many times before that. Below are the times from when I decided to start keeping track. As I said it was multiple times before that only when I got REALLY annoyed did I start keeping track. Quiet environment isn't a thing here, my poor cat now has anxiety from the crazy shit that goes on all day in this complex. Just save the money and move anywhere else because it will be better also only way to get a response from anyone is to leave a 1 star review because then they get in trouble from the owner, then after that radio silence!!! STAY AWAY THERES NO RULES AT ALL HERE!!!!
