I left the place cleaner then when i moved in. I had to bomb the place for roaches twice. The bugs are not only out of control but when i was hear there was an awful smell that was coming from "broken pipes " in the basement that smelt like a sewar. The managment is a complete joke. You go in there and its everyones "first day" and they dont know what they are doing. Half the place is filled with crack heads literally hitch hiking in the parking lot. Dont move here.

We were misled from the start. We were told this would be a quiet community full of young…read moreprofessionals and that our unit would be located on the tree-lined side of the complex. Neither of those things were true. When we showed up on move-in day, we were placed in a completely different area -- and by then, with all our belongings, we felt stuck. Since then, it's been a nightmare. Our unit has ongoing mold issues that were only painted over, not fixed. The environment here is loud, chaotic, and unsafe, with constant police presence and neighbors who scream, physically fight, and blast music at all hours. I've never had to call the police this many times in my life. We've felt anxious, unsafe, and honestly deceived. This is not a place for young professionals.

Front office staff could do with a bit more customer service training as they are generally not so polite and dismissive (like disrupting their day). Their maintenance dept is on point often fulfilling service requests promptly. One design flaw they cannot help is they built the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors too close to the kitchen. Thus, whenever using the oven or stove, it sets off the alarms constantly. Nice amenities like the clubhouse, gym and dog park. They are a bit too strict with rules and the non-heated pool is only open in the summer months.
