When we talk to the staff, they just blew it off. I don't know if Holiday Inn owns this hotel or not, but they really need to look at this place.

The crowd then moved into the surrounding vineyard for a demonstration on proper pruning required for maximum grape production. The owner, Greg Dedeaux, shared all he knew about the vineyard operation and showed us the site of a winery that will complement the already perfect venue.
